Mitchell is insanely good and remarkable he played his career at Toledo without going elsewhere. People shied away from this MAC talent pool but that was a mistake. Unfortunately it's likely to continue or get worse as the portal has ruined small school college football. They're just farm teams now like juco used to be.

Yea I’ve always liked Newsome. Think he’d be a good fit on this roster as well. Bills seemed to have some interest in him coming out of Northwestern just don’t think they can fit his 13 million under the cap and not sure if he’s a player you’d want to extend at this point after having a down season

could Browns eat his $ to facilitate a trade? I doubt the Bills would do it after signing White and that’s fine

What happen to Will Johnson here?  He's got him at #16 on his top 150. An oversight?

There are rumblings of injury concerns and he has declined to run the 40 all offseason, so questions about how fast and athletic he really is.  Enough to make him fall out of round 1?  I don’t know about that.

Agreed. Well worth the risk. Although I’m sure they are asking for more than a 4th

ultimately it will be a mid round pick and a big contract for a guy with question marks. Could be great value if he keeps it together and takes a step or two but might end up regrettable to pay him

So if Buffalo is #4 in defense on 1st and 2nd down, but 29th on 3rd down, wouldn't you think it has to be DB, Safety, or DE in the first round?

The league is also valuing DT who can collapse the pocket or penetrate on passing downs.

If his issues are behind him the Lions won't be trading him. Especially for a 4th. If that is the price, run away.

Not counting on any of them being there for us at 30 (assuming we stay at 30).  Sal has us taking Tyleik Williams (DT).  I would be okay with that.

Without knowing anything regarding the interviews, or meetings the Bills have had with their various prospects, I feel like Emmanwori is the better fit with the Bills at safety. And while the league doesn't value the safety position as highly as CB, i think the Bills place a higher value on safety than most other teams. Am I wrong?

Yea this was one of my saddest things about evaluating players and grading them. I used to love sleuthing for the small school get and slotting them in day 3 but there are fewer guys this go around.

A lot of smoke about Starks and Buffalo from the insiders.  Smokescreen?

We go safety 1st and this board will explode.  It's not a good move

Does he start this year?  He would have to in order to validate the pick.  We signed Forrest to come in and possibly start.  We draft starks, where does that leave Bishop?

Bad move going Safety 1st.

Listening to some people here in dfw and they have said red flag character concerns on like 7 players.

two new names I have not heard before are Luther burden and tet McMillan.

said burden is entitled and will be hard to coach

Like it or not any of those three would be very nice upgrades at any of those three positions for this team. Maybe a couple of them are not my preferred choice, but all would absolutely make this team better.

Evaluating NFL RB talent from an NCAA pool is very hard.  The smaller school guys are going to be even more overlooked. And the big time NCAA schools don't use the running back like the NFL does.

We signed Forrest to a one-year league minimum contract. Starks would easily be the future at free safety and if Bishop progresses and beats out Rapp at strong safety we're set at safety for 3 years minimum.

I’ll be shocked if Grant isn’t the Chargers pick in rd 1

I could see them taking Warren or Loveland if one of them fall to them. I suspect one would since TEs tend to not go high in Round 1 unless have insane measurables.
