Horton had an average of 16.3 yards on punt returns with three touchdowns.

His route-running and special teams ability makes him an ideal target in the mid-rounds.

Well there you have it.  We will be drafting him

The recovery of a promising athlete is a story of resilience and precision, and few narratives embody this more than that of Colorado State’s Tory Horton. His journey from a season-ending knee injury to a blazing 4.41-second 40-yard dash has turned heads and opened doors for a potential mid-round gem selection that could reshape team depth at wide receiver.

I hope we get this kid.

They are taking Amos if he is there at 30. I am increasingly convinced of it.

On Phillips, while I'm here, I watched his tape before the Shrine Bowl and was really excited to see him in that game and thought he's dominate and he was just okay in the game. I like the kid a lot and an all star game isn't the be all and end all but it would just give me slight pause.

I agree it’s Amos at 30 or after trade down. If he’s gone by 30 I think they then pivot to Revel after a trade down

Reading through all of these draft projections it would appear that Ole Miss has become our NCAA version of the Carolina Panthers

I am fine with that. DT,CB, and WR from there would be a hell of a draft.

I heard that CB Will Johnson declined to run at his personal pro day.  Heard that on Pat Kirwin’s radio show on NFL Network.  Kirwin said that Johnson’s shuttle time was LB-like.  Kirwin said he still likes him a lot.

If he slides to 30 off no 40 time and poor shuttle times, should Bills’ consider him?  Remember- it’s CB so athletic ability counts a lot.  You have to think that maybe his 40 would be high 4.5s or worse for him to not run.

I’d take Johnson in a second. Dont care about the timed speed a ton. He doesn’t look slow on film, but I wouldn’t hesitate.

We won't sniff Will Johnson. He could have skipped doing a Pro Day entirely and he still wouldn't fall to a reasonable area to trade up to.

Ryan with another one. This one is huge

This is my Brian Thomas crush from last year, all over again. Football speed and 40 speed are very different, but........there is a min baseline for speed positions. Such as CB and WR, and it's having a 40 under 4.6. History proves it. The second thing that's a good indicator, is the age breakout year. Gus that breakout at 19 or 20 in college, are typically your high ceiling guys in the NFL

I saw Horton play against Colorado the previous year, that kid ran the same route for the vast majority of the game, shallow cross (something this team does a lot of with their mesh wheel concepts), and he absolutely roasted them all game long, had some deeper stuff too.  He really stood out that game, like they couldn't do anything to really slow him down, they knew the ball was going to him but he still got open.  Was fun to watch.
