This year is going to be a disaster trying to pick the first round even more than it usually is. I mean come on now lol Bills have to play ball with the Rams. Get in front of the Ravens 1 Quote

With 10 picks and, in reality, not 10 open roster spots Beane will be active. If a guy we love is near #30 he’ll trade up. target: MIN at 24 as they only have 3 picks and want more. Potential trade from the athletic: #24 for #30, 109 and 169. Fine by me as we would still be keeping 56 and 62 and still have 8 total picks. here’s a potential mock with this trade incorporated and Golden dropping to 24 24 Matthew Golden WR | Texas 56 T.J. Sanders DL | South Carolina 62 Darien Porter CB | Iowa State 132 Jamaree Caldwell DL | Oregon 170 David Walker EDGE | Central Arkansas 173 Jaydon Blue RB | Texas 177 Mitchell Evans TE | Notre Dame 206 Shaun Dolac LB | Buffalo 8 minutes ago, MikePJ76 said: So my question 24 hours out from the bills pick. Will Amari cooper be a bill Monday morning if they get shut out of wr they like? will he sign anywhere? also, when Cleveland is on the clock I am going to be sick. Colossal mistake giving the browns a third for cooper. Made up for by getting a 2nd for Diggs Quote

He had a huge dead cap hit and having to move him put them in a tough spot in the draft. throwing away a third which would be huge this weekend and for the team going forward was a mistake. There will be a bunch of good players at that spot. It’s going to hurt. Quote

Personally, I'd be shocked if they did, but I think that was always the case. The team building combo of Daboll/Schoen has in many ways followed the McD/Beane blueprint where a lot of value is placed on character, and culture building, and Sanders clearly doesn't fit that. My opinion is clouded by wishful thinking, though. I would be very disappointed if the Giants picked Sanders, because I would hate for Carter to fall to the Patriots*. 2 Quote

If I were to trade up to 24 , it'd be for Nolen who I believe was beaten for the Outland Trophy by Mason Graham and is position ranked as no, 2 DT. I'd rather take the versatile disruption over the traditional 1T first. Yahoo sports has these 2 gone by I think 22. 23 minutes ago, NewEra said: I’ll be shocked if Grant isn’t the Chargers pick in rd 1 yep Quote

That is Kenneth Grant. Most people see Derrick Harmon as a 3-Tech, which is the same position of Ed Oliver, DeWayne Carter and Larry Ogunjobi. Grant is easily my number one target in the draft. I think a big body in the middle of the D-Line would give us a huge upgrade. I would also rather trade up for one player with huge upside, as opposed to sitting back and getting two solid/safe prospects. There is a slight chance Grant falls to us. More likely we need to get above the Chargers at 22. 1 1 2 Quote

Listening to Beane, I feel the same with rather having a guy that can be both but has pass rush ability...that has been proven with his college stats and accolades. He's ranked DL 2 for a reason and him and Ed together on passing downs? I just feel we can find a 1T later, but not gonna find an equal talent to Nolen later. I'd rather have Nolen and Tyliek vs. Grant and ..... I won't mind at all if Grant is the pick, I have the same name, but since we'll be double dipping I want the DT who can also be a sack artist. Also, IMO Oliver is over rated as much as I like him he is what he is. Edited 6 hours ago by nosejob 1 Quote
