And I 100% can understand that thought process. They were so close were a couple of guys away let’s get the best prospects we can and I agree as well with the UDFA guys . They have had Gouriage for a couple of years developing and I did like what I say from Te’Cory Couch and Dequan Hardy so they could provide the competition at Depth CB. 
 

I just go off of Beanes past history. He loves having a pick in every round if he can help it but he sure won’t want to give up 109 and have to wait from pick 62 to 132. Just can’t see him doing that.

The point is not to acquire more picks just for more picks…

 

The point is to allow the the Bills to maneuver, more freely, with those extra picks- to try and maximize value at more positions of need…👍

And overall, I agree that Beane needs to go after impact players, even if that means having less depth.

I can see the guard if they really like someone. The O line we did right. Let's keep that cupboard full. 

 

Overall though, I would like to see a swing for the fences draft. We were close last year.  If we find 2-3 guys that can impact the roster this year, that could put us where want to be and hoist the Lombardi.  

 

 

I am assuming they have guys they really like in the draft sweet spot.  If they do, I think it's well worth it

You are right about his history.  Id like to see us buck the trend this year so we have 3 guys on the field in September in prominent roles on D

I like that this year we have picks and flexibility. This can be said every year, but this feels like an important draft for McBeane

 

Do we draft developmental guys?  Do we go all In for guys we want? Do we stack picks or trade up?

 

Do we pick players that are the strength of the draft?  Seems good we need DT and CB in a CB and DT rich draft. Was McBeane conscious of this last year?

 

I know they have a plan and strategy, so I'm really curious to see it play out

With Josh being where he is at in his career and the stability of the offensive line I would think Beane would look to trade up if someone lands in a position that allows us to do so. He almost certainly has to be in the “ win now” mode and I hope if he does this that it is for a difference maker. Go Bills!! 🏈🍻

Well, I live in Georgia, so that's probably outside the travel range. However, I can arrange to meet at Flanagan's & The Half Moon pub. They have Guinness on tap. The more I think about it, the more I think maybe Beane needs to loosen up a bit.

Yes. They have to go quality. 4,5 maybe 3 round players aren’t likely to even make the 2025 team. Just is a fact when your team is good.

Torrence is one of the most underrated players on the team IMO

I really hope he can fix the defense with this draft. If they can improve the pass rush and run defense, then we could have something special next season. You know Allen and the offense will do their part.

I'd be fine with this if 56 was Williams or Collins. Really impressed with Walker and Ivey is an immediate 2 down starter behind Bosa that eliminates the need for a Smoot re-signing and would also be an animal sliding inside.
