And it’s a fun debate to have . Yea I have heard DJ say it. I disagree with him. I'm not going to say "time will tell" though because I think that would be disingenuous as the easier usage is to be full time at corner and get a package of plays at WR (hard to do it the other way around) and so I think the likelihood is we will not get a chance to see his ceiling as a full time WR.... which means it is hard for those on your side of the conversation to be proven correct, which doesn't make you wrong... just means I think we probably won't get chance to find out. 2 Quote

I also said that he brings more value to a team as a full time corner/part time WR because playing full time WR and part time CB is very unlikely (imo) there’s no chance for him to become a Bill so I haven’t spent any time on his tape - so my general thoughts have been formed by what I’ve read and by the games I’ve watched of his on TV- maybe 6-7 of them Quote

However I do find it notable that the best draft analyst in the world is of the opinion that he could be a better and more upside as a WR All good ! Edited April 8 by DJB Quote

Most of the smoke right now is that he still wants to play full time at both. Many are saying Cleveland will possibly give him that chance or more likely use him at WR. I could see the Pats doing the same . It’s a unique and interesting situation that is fun to follow Quote

He will play CB in the NFL though because it’s more valuable to teams and harder to find an elite one 2 Quote

He has only practiced in the offseason. During the season he didn't practice. He has alot of growth potential at either position. His best attributes are those of top wrs. Someone with his speed, agility, and hands dont play defense for long. 1 Quote

It’s not even close and Travis knows this. And all these guys want the bag $$$ so he’s going to definitely want to play WR regardless of what the team wants him to do . Quote

Giants, Cle and New England are not drafting a Cb in the top 5 imo. He is getting drafted to score tds. 1 1 Quote

We can release Taron Johnson next offseason and save $6.7M in cap space so preparing for that possibility would be a wise move. https://www.nfl.com/prospects/billy-bowman-jr./3200424f-5766-9654-778d-1d85c852b173 His profile reads as a perfect fit for our slot role. Highly instinctive and cerebral, smooth transitions, able to run pre-snap disguises well. You worry about him getting steamrolled in the run game but Taron's size gives him the same issues and he's still been a great player in our scheme. 2 1 Quote

He kinda plays like a poor man's Brian Branch. Quote
