I am not even sure I’d take Bond with pick 62.  I know that just because the Bills met with him it doesn’t mean they are consider him at 30 - I hope not.

You think he’s a better WR than corner huh?  I hadn’t heard anyone say that yet. Not disagreeing, as I’ve only watched a couple highlight tapes of him because he’s not really worth scouting as a potential Bills pick.  seems like the consensus says he’s a better corner.

Yes i think he’s a better WR than corner. Both he’s tremendous at both . 
 

Financially if he was smart he would focus on WR over corner with how the market is working if he’s looking to get paid .

If we end up with Bond I may either shed a tear or break my TV.  Coleman was absolutely NOT a receiver I wanted last year, though I root for him now without limitation as it is my duty.  But not again please!  I have a few friends in Texas who watch every second of the Horns as I do the Bills.  They each think very little of Bond for a host of reasons, but adore Golden (and Al Collins and Mukuba, btw).  Please no!

I agree about 30. Better players to be had. At 62? Maybe. You can't teach speed and we could use a guy with elite speed. Even as a one trick pony I may be willing to roll the dice there and add an element that we have been missing. Between that and maybe he can be taught the KR game a bit he could have value.

Jaylen Noel is a superior WR to Bond with the same speed.  Im 100% planting my flag.  Thats the guy I want.  Speed to play outside, quickness and route running to play slot.  Thats the guy.

Chris Simms said people he's talked to have mentioned major character concerns surrounding Isaiah Bond. He said he didn't know all the details but had heard it was "really bad." I've seen a couple other rumors along the same lines. It's odd that we're openly showing so much interest in him if that's true because usually we shy away from that type of player. Smokescreen?

I actually agree he’s a better WR than DB. He’s improved quite a bit no doubt but early on in his career he would be getting burned by HBCU WRs at times and still occasionally at Colorado. No one shut him down as a WR

Mukuba is my favorite Horns prospect by a lot

Probably meeting with him so much to see if they can deal with the personality.

I would consider him at 62, I was just saying that I would not think he would slam-dunk be the obvious pick if still available at 62.  I would not hate the pick even at 56, but I’d not be super pumped either.

Something that many are not focused on is a potential need at guard/center.  Given that McGovern and Edwards are free agents after this season (and Torrence after next season), I would not be surprised if we draft at least one guard/center in April.  Not sure if SGVP will be starting caliber and I don't think we have any guard prospects currently on  the roster.

Stock is rising pretty heavy. Don’t know if he makes it to 109 might be a candidate at 62 or trade down scenario in round 3

Now this is more like it. A defensive end who could only muster 4.5 sacks in a college season, and is better against the run than getting after the passer.

I disagree on #62. If he is there with my first 2nd rounder I'd probably do it depending on the board. Agree at #30 though. That would feel a bit of a reach to me.
