This honestly has to be one of the most boring ncaa tournaments in recent memory. Very few close games, very few upsets. Hoping these games improve

How about that Texas A&M-Michigan game just now? That was a good one.

Ps, I think Duke wins the whole thing 🤮 they look light years better than everyone

I haven't seen Duke yet, but right now I am watching a Houston team that is loaded with athletes, has a plethora of scoring options, plays ferocious defense in both zone and man, and also has a very, very smart coach. They are the best team I've seen so far.

On the ESPN brackets I'm in 3,223,410th place ... I still have a chance 😁 ... I have Florida over Houston to cut down the nets.

This way you can sneak up on them and they will never see you coming! You got this!

Well Uconn didn't go down without a fight for sure

I had been rooting for the Big East, but it looks like Xavier has just lost our HC to Texas. He also coached Xavier before he left for Arizona. That time he said it was like going from driving a Buick to driving a Lexus. Maybe this time it’s a Bentley after we gave him a second chance after he was disgraced in Arizona. At least one of his guys went to prison for what went down.

He’s a two time loser and this may be the last straw for me. I was already getting tired of the portal and NIL. I’ll have a little more free time on my hands next year.

I have a sister in Appleton near Lawrence University and they enjoy those games. That might be more my style going forward. Maybe KSU in ATL, but even that is a much bigger school.

Some background in case it helps you feel better:

The Millers are from my neck of the woods and I've seen them play and coach multiple times since the mid-80's, typically as they eliminate my HS team from the postseason.

Father (John) was one of the best HS coaches in the state for three decades, winning 7-8 state titles and frequently beating much bigger and more talented schools. On the sidelines he always comported himself with dignity and showed respect for opponents and officials; by all accounts he was a genuinely good man as well as a great coach.

Sean was the eldest brother and my memories of him as a player consist mostly of him crying to officials, intentionally embarrassing lesser players and generally acting like an entitled, self-important jackass.

Archie was the younger brother and my memories of him as a player involve him always helping rivals off the floor, being the first to run over and hug a broken-hearted opponent after ending their season and generally conducting himself with an enormous amount of class and respect for others.

The word from those who know them better is that Archie is much like his father and Sean is, well, the less said the better.

Hang in there my friend; I would not be at all surprised if Sean leaving Xavier turns out to have some similarities to Stefon Diggs leaving the Bills; i.e. better for Xavier than it is for Sean.

Side note: John Calipari (no, I won't bother you with my classic Calipari defenestration story again; - ) is sort of Sean and Archie's "cousin". It goes without saying that he is considered more like Sean than Archie.

Was an entertaining game. The coach seems a little weird to me. Crying in post game and then when Tracy wolfson interviewed him at halftime, he sounded a little odd. Whatev

These sweet 16 games have been good ball to watch.  I have MSU winning it all and they gave me a scare tonight.  Houston won with a awesome inbounds play with 2 seconds left.  Go Sparty!

And just last week I was extolling the wisdom of Kelvin Sampson.

He's so smart he can even make me look smart!

I've slipped to 11,482,891st place on the ESPN brackets, I'm hoping to finish in the top 10M 😆 I still have my Championship game intact.

Dead last would also be impressive, in its own way.

I don't feel so bad now, I googled it and 24.4M ballots were filled out.

So you’re one of the better losers! 😊

I wonder if Edna from accounting still has the leading bracket based upon friendly looking mascots.

This comically bad review process is just sucking the air out of every game in this tournament.

It's far worse than any of the idiocy the NFL was guilty of over the last several years.

How do you expect to maintain any tension or drama when you repeatedly bring the galdanged game to a screeching halt for no reason 5 times in the last two minutes to double check that the tenths/second on the clock are perfect?

Between this and the transfer nonsense, the boneheads in the boardroom are making the greatest tournament in the world unwatchable. :censored:
