Vickveto Posted March 20 Posted March 20 We are in Josh Allen prime years we already proved we can win with this core team, let’s go get a needle mover. Let’s go get the best WR CB DT or DE in the draft. I think there are plenty of teams that would seriously listen to each trade backs because of rebuilding or cap situation I.e (Saints, browns) 3 7 1 1 Quote
Vickveto Posted March 20 Author Posted March 20 Ideally 3 2nds and 2 3rds maybe an 4th and keep pick 30. 1 1 5 Quote
chongli Posted March 20 Posted March 20 So you want say a Travis Hunter, a generational CB/WR, projected to go first overall? Do you think we have anywhere near what that would take to move up? 1 4 Quote
BuffaloBillyG Posted March 20 Posted March 20 Interesting note. Not counting Josh Allen who is probably headed there.. The Buffalo Bills haven't drafted a player that made the Hall of Fame since Thurman Thomas in 1988. I'd say we are overdue. 2 2 1 2 1 Quote
Billl Posted March 20 Posted March 20 If you had the #1 overall pick but couldn’t trade it, who would you take? 2 1 Quote
Sojourner Posted March 20 Posted March 20 They come few and far between for any franchise during an era, let alone multiple. We got a guy, potentially, in the top 5 of all time at his position in Josh. IMO, if anything, we need the solid to better players to be consistent when it matters. Our QB is talented enough to get us there alone. 3 1 1 1 Quote

You plan to trade up to #2 Overall, or even #9, for a couple 2nds and 3rds? It would be pushing it even including #30. Those teams need "generational talent" just as much as anybody else, probably more. 2 2 Quote

Maybe even be a good thread on its own. If it were my choice I take Abdul Carter. Fits a need and I think he will have a much better career than Travis Hunter. I question Hunters maturity and think he will fall off a bit at the NFL level. Flat out, I don't trust anyone from Colorado. 4 4 Quote

He reminds me of Patrick Surtain if I’m honest. Quote
SoonerBillsFan Posted March 20 Posted March 20 I saw in a movie we can have the 6th pick for 3 2nd round picks. 😁 2 2 2 Quote

They would listen more than you think. And who secretly really wants to be in the Arch sweepstakes. 4 1 Quote

I see him being a victim of lack of maturity, overhyped expectations, and not handling any set back well. Listening to him he feels he already made it. Which financially with his NIL money he has. I think he's the type to care more about Travis Hunter the brand than the team he plays for. I also think he's going to press to play on offense and defense and cause issues. Again, just my personal impressions based off what I have seen for 2 years. I could be way off 1 1 3 Quote

Aren’t you glad that didn’t happen? 1 Quote
