Did Congress do a review?

you said he was breaking the law, you told me it was Impoundment Control Act, but Trump is doing his part of reporting promptly, but Congress is not doing its part of it has an issue, therefore Trump is doing everything legally and the Judges are breaking the law. Congress can stop him but is choosing not to at this point. If he loses Congress next year I know things will change but for now Trump is within the law.

Rare case where the right thing is the popular thing.

I know what I would do. I'd appeal their rulings, get them overturned, or have a stay issued against them, then provide these judges with all the information they could ever want on these programs and orders. Dump 500 or 1000 or so boxes of documents and printouts, copies of every e-mail ever sent on the subject and tell the ass holes to go through everything and then get back to me 20 years later. Oh, and just for fun redact a lot of pertinent information so they need to go to court to force disclosure.

Folks can legitimately complain about a lot of federal court injunctions.

But the one at issue here - removing people to El Salvador under the Alien Enemies Act - is not one of them. This one is truly unprecedented in over two centuries that the law has been in place.

The Law firms that run DC

acting like an extension of the Democratic Party.

This web shows how elite law firms in DC have become de facto political actors,

coordinating with bureaucrats, Democratic campaigns, and activist groups

to advance one side’s agenda while insulating allies from legal consequences.

ICYMI:

An FBI attorney pled guilty to a felony for doctoring evidence and lying to the FISA court so the FBI could continue to illegally spy on President Trump and his campaign as part of the Russian collusion hoax.

Crossfire Hurricane is the biggest scandal in American history.

DC Obama Judge Jeb Boasberg, who served on the FISA court, ignored the sentencing recommendation of imprisonment and gave FBI attorney Kevin Clinesmith probation.

This is when Jeb Boasberg destroyed his credibility.

Don’t let Jeb Boasberg fool anyone that he is somehow the guardian of the court’s integrity.

Jeb Boasberg is the Democrats’ court jester.

Boasberg The Clown.

And Kevin Clinesmith an FBI attorney that doctored evidence to mislead the FISA court Boasberg himself led, then had Boasberg sentence him to how many days behind bars?

Zero point zero.

In Oct 2023, Jeb Boasberg sentenced a couple convicted of nonviolent misdemeanors for Jan 6 to prison. The husband, Christopher Price, had just learned his cancer returned--Boasberg sentenced him to 45 days in federal prison.

Boasberg sent his wife, Cynthia Bellinger, to federal prison for four months on same misdemeanors.

Boasberg: "And while I completely agree that your actions were not violent, you didn't assault anyone, you didn't destroy anyone, you didn't steal anything, you were part of that mob.  And a mob is only a mob if it has numbers.  If it is three people or five people or seven or fifty, they don't get anywhere because the Capitol Police is able to resist them."

He then berated the couple for not having remorse over their nonviolent participation in the protest:

"The conduct of you folks, if you had accepted responsibility and been remorseful early on, you wouldn't be here.  But you weren't.  You haven't accepted responsibility.  You never accepted responsibility.  You fought everything.  And  even today I don't hear remorse."

Boasberg is now very worried about the well-being of Venezuelan gang bangers in an El Salvador prison and defending the due process "rights" of those illegals.
