Royale with Cheese Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Bengals will score 30 a game and also give up 30 a game. 3 1 1 Quote
gonzo1105 Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Good for them getting paid. Cincinnati better hit on a lot of draft picks coming up to be able to form a team around them Quote
Rigotz Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago 40/yr for Chase 29/yr for Higgins 50/yr for Burrow A master class in paying WR instead of your premiere trench players. Ya love to see it. 3 3 2 Quote
Process Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago I may be in the minority (and I am not even convinced I truly believe this) but this is bad team building, IMO. An elite QB shouldn't need a $70M/year WR duo. Should have extended Chase, traded Tee, and spent the money and draft pocks on defense/ o line. 7 16 1 Quote

Another Fan Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Wow. I always thought they had a prior reputation as being a cheap franchise 1 Quote
Warcodered Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago (edited) Feels like this team has to be extremely top heavy. Like how do you pay that many skill players on Offense top money and not have massive holes all over the team. Edited 47 minutes ago by Warcodered 2 2 Quote
GASabresIUFan Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Apparently their cap hits are only $1 each because of 40 void years. 2 Quote
Virgil Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago In an unrelated note, Bengals defense ranks 33rd in new coaches poll and will only be blocking with 3 NFL players and 2 cheerleaders. 4 4 1 Quote

They helped break the playoff drought. I thought they were pretty classy about the Hamlin situation and if they didn’t beat the Chiefs in the AFC Championship game a few years ago…. The Chiefs would have tied the Bills Super Bowl consecutive appearance record I live in Cincinnati and have to live with their smug fans. Ever since they got Burrow, they have this "us against the world" attitude. I was hoping that Mike Brown's finances would finally break that up, but instead I have to listen to Duke Tobin's "get your own" crap for years to come. Remember that "get your refunds" BS? I hate Burrow's smug baby face on every billboard in town. Did you know that he's "not just your average Joe?" Because Kroger tells you that from every highway in town. I hate that every person in town walks around in ugly orange shirts with tiger stripes. 3 1 4 2 1 Quote
BillsFanForever19 Posted 11 hours ago Posted 11 hours ago Not surprised. The Bengals are notorious for not paying anyone. So they're always massively under the cap, even with a high priced QB. So if they Draft elite talent like Chase or great players like Higgins and Hendrickson and they don't want to let them leave - they don't ever have to. It wouldn't shock me if they signed Hendrickson next too. Quote

Yeah but all their weapons are great and will get wide open, as they cart a shattered Burrow off the field. 1 1 Quote
