One can easily make the argument that in terms of our current depth chart and the importance of a good 1T to the success of this defense, this is the pre-eminent issue of importance before we kick off the 2025 season. I'm just starting to learn about all of these guys in depth. Like everyone else, I want Kenneth Grant. I would tend to think he won't fall to us, and I'm somewhat doubtful that Beane will be willing to give up significant draft capital to move up far enough to take him. 1 2 3 Quote

Expand Alfred Collins seems to be a close 2nd as far as 1T goes. The Eagles have Jalen Carter and Jordan Davis. Both Massive. I'm sure it's not happening.....but the Bills getting Grant and Collins would transform our defense. Expand A 2026 2nd and 5th would only move you from pick 30 to about pick 23 (where GB is). 2026 picks are generally discounted by a round as the team receiving the pick has to wait a year to exercise it. Further, teams will assume that the Bills are going to be picking late. Cody Ford was considered a late first early 2nd round pick. Even if you want to go the hindsight route AJ Brown has been better than Metcalf. The only way you can remotely say DK was BPA was throughly media hype and he still gets hyped up by some that think he’s megatron but really he’s a good but not elite WR 2 Quote

I expect there to be some CB’s, Edge’s (or golden or burden) rated higher than the other DTs that fit what we need. I think we can grab a solid DT in rd 2 or later. Nolan is the outlier. He’s not the perfect fit due to his size, but he and ed side by side on passing downs with Bosa and Rousseau could be formidable. I wouldn’t be angry, as he could be bpa. 2 Quote

One that instills fear....or at least repect....no fear If Grant and Harmon are gone maybe we can get a 3rd from Philly and go....Collins, Princely, Porter, Walker and Ivey. I wish he was more open to it, I think we need a monster (in ability and size) 1T. Maybe watching Philly will make him reconsider. those are the 3 monsters I see as worthy of 30. For the record I still want to go 1T at 30 . We better not pass up on Grant like we did last year on Sweat last year .
