I don't think the draft can be counted on to improve our situation (Elam as an example). I recall Jackson being targeted often when he was with the Bills and we don't have the kind of safeties that will be able to help mask his play. I mostly agree with this post, except it’s not unreasonable to believe a full year of a healthy Bishop should upgrade the safety position. I also think Forrest is a decent depth upgrade. Steptide Posted 6 hours ago Posted 6 hours ago Honestly, good depth. I have no doubt the bills are gonna go cb in rounds 1 or 2 1 Quote

In 2022 I was in Vegas for the draft (by mistake mind you). I made the reservations way in advance. We were in a lounge at New York, New York waiting for a table at Gallaghers and watching the draft. I told my wife they would draft a corner, but I didn't even think that they would trade up for one. She said, "I'm so sorry Honey." I was not about to lose it in front of her, and it was the best steak of my entire life. Now, no move that McDermott makes will surprise me. I give him a 90% chance of drafting a first round corner. If not, probably a safety. 2 Quote

I swear I saw this on my Twitter feed yesterday, then came over here to read about it, since TBD always breaks the news early, but didn't see anything. I went back to Twitter and couldn't find it. Weird. Quote

Aussie Joe Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Very predictable move …. Particular with the injury concerns with Samuel …. im ok with it …no superstar but can do a job if required ….they loved him when he was here …7th Round pick etc . I’m expecting someone to be picked in the Top 60 …they need to make sure of it this time …so Beane might even make a bigger trade up than he has previously if they are in love with someone in the first … I also think they like Ingram as depth … but if they have any picks left going into the 5th they might draft another guy to compete with him Quote

Instantly upgrades the CB position by basically swapping Elam for Dane Jackson. No growing pains either. He will instantly come in and contribute. Quote

Charles Romes Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago If Kromer sees an upside here that we are missing I trust him. Quote

Sneak Preview: Safety Malachi Moore is a VERY good player. If he was more durable I would classify him as great. The good news is that he hits like a linebacker. The bad news is that he hits like a linebacker and isn't really big or durable enough to do so. This kid is great in coverage and the run and he is very smart. If he goes in round two or three and stays healthy, he will be a star and make a team very happy. Just my non-scout opinion. Quote

Mikie2times Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Beane's playing 3D chess, what a witch, best in the NFL. Do I fit in yet? Quote
FLFan Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago This is the level that should have been expected. The Bills do not have the cap space to sign anyone in the next tier. Jackson is serviceable and improves their depth. They are counting on finding a legitimate starter in the draft, which is scary given the Elam fiasco. 1 Quote
BuffaloBillsGospel2014 Posted 5 hours ago Posted 5 hours ago Poor against the run, poor against the pass and poor overall, what could go wrong? Quote
