Logic Posted March 14 Posted March 14 Ugh. I was a very big fan of this show, but I wish they wouldn't. Sometimes, I wish showrunners would know when to just stop. The Brits have it down pretty well. Americans? Not so much. I thought they left the show off in a good place, and I'm just not sure there's much story left to tell. Seems like a cash grab to me. That said...I'm sure I'll still watch, so I guess I'm contributing to the problem. 1 Quote

If they had the men's team fall apart and need Ted back, I feel like that would have undone some of the magic from the first 3 seasons. This way, people from the men's team can pop in and out, but we still get something overall new to tackle. I just hope Ted's wife and son come with him this time, and they don't rehash that old storyline 1 Quote

To be honest, I always need more happy/positive content in my life that makes you feel good. There are too many dark, depressing, post-apocalyptic type shows on TV these days. And for, well...reasons related to the current state of the world...I always appreciate some content that makes you feel nice instead. Ted Lasso certianly does that. Some shows really should leave well enough alone, though (Shogun, Squid Games, seasons 7-9 of the office, I'm looking at you). 1 1 Quote

Behindenemylines Posted March 17 Posted March 17 I think im in the minority but honestly I just wanted to punch this character in his punchable face. my wife enjoyed so I watched. Had some moments of enjoyment but really just didn’t like much about it. Quote
