Sounds like injuries followed by a new coaching staff in Washington disrupted his development. I like this as a low cost upside option for a position of weakness on the roster.

The comments from the tweet in the OP seem positive. Forrest apparently played well as a starter in 2022 (88 tackles, 4 picks) before falling out of favor due to scheme change after Rivera left. Still young at 25
