I've always wanted to check out Red Rocks!

Haha that sounds like an epic week!  Foggy, funny memories are the best

If you're ever in the area you can go in during the day and walk around and check the place out; it's worth it whether there is a band playing or not.

Weird story:

A few years ago I was passing through and wanted to show my wife what it was like to see the Dead from the front row on a stage that is only like 2' high. We go in but they have the front 4-5 rows blocked off because they were setting up for a show that night. I asked a guy that was working who was playing tonight and he said "I don't know him but some guy name Bill Kreutzmann"

Talk about coming full circle!

Honestly everything the Bills have done since they moved off Star should tell you fans might want a big tub of goo 350lbs space eater but the organisation doesn't. It wants guys even at 1T who can make plays in the backfield.

What DT would you take in the first round that can do that?

Are you assuming Carter is gonna be a starter?

Nobody should be!  Hope for the best, prepare for the worst.  Pretty confident in Bean that if a DT happens to fall or turns out to be BPA, Lil Wayne is not effecting his thought process.

BTW I'd hoped Bernard had helped us learn from the knee jerk reactions.  I'm neither labeling him STARTER nor BUST!  Because how the heck do we know what we have either way?  We don't.  Rookie year.  Tough position to make the NFL jump at... injury.

But yeah lets hurry up and get rid of a 3rd rounder before we can see if we have a Myles Teller or Bernard.  Actually, get Beane a coffee! Lets start cutting picks on draft night!!!  Get these young bums outta here!

I remember being outside a show at Giants Stadium watching people tearing fences down trying to get in and this laconic old Head walked by me and said "Jesus, I hate the East coast" :lol::lol:

We made a show at the Greek Theatre, Further, toward the end of that venue and we were amazed that there was no line at the beer concession at set break, but the air was super thick with marijuana.  West Coast shows definitely mellower.

What years did you do RedRox?

I know it was '87 because people were having fun with the harmonic convergence at the time and the band was heading up to Telluride to play just a few days after Red Rocks while that was happening. I think I may have ruined the harmonic convergence by sneaking into Telluride without a ticket

What's this seasons motto ? Everybody eats with their tongue tied?

It's gonna take me a month to say his last name without choking.

Hi Ogie!  Buy you a soda after the game.

I didn't say to get rid of him. I'm just saying, I don't want to assume Ogunjobi is "depth"

Dude I hate Myles Teller. Horrible actor with a very punchable face.

Yeah I remember when they wanted a big 1 tech to keep blockers off of their gigantic 6'5# 250# MLB when the league was nearing it's peak as a passing league............then as the league goes back to running the ball more they want two 3T tech types in the middle to allow their 220# MLB to be consumed by blockers and totally negate his elite blitzing ability.

This new defense better be damn creative because this counter-intuitive stuff that then subsequently doesn't work is getting a bit old.

They don't pay you $8m guaranteed to be a healthy scratch.  I don't see how this isn't an indictment on Carter.  Unless they really value depth at the DT position.

They value DL depth arguably more than any team in the league.

After trading Diggs away last year, leaving like Shakir as the only WR on the roster, Beane’s comment about the cap hit was that they “wouldn’t be able to sign as many defensive linemen.”

Its a Dave Gettleman thing

This tells me Ed is on the way out of Buffalo

I knew it

I know you’re joking, but based on the season he had in 2024 you’d be hard pressed to say that Oliver should be the clear starter.

A guy who always seems to be penetrating through the DL and rarely pushed backwards is Alfred Collins Texas. Take a look at him he looks like a stud in the making, late 1st/early 2nd round projection.

Their 1-tech is more valuable when they keep the LB's from getting engaged and Oliver from not getting doubled. So frustrating to see this position improperly staffed and undervalued.
