Bosa isn’t washed. Injury questions? Absolutely but not washed. I’ve detailed many tweets and data which shows he’s still a very effective pass rusher

Bosa gets at least 10 sacks this year.

If he doesn't get 10 sacks, I go on a gay date.

If he does get 10 sacks, you get a pitbull.

Injuries nullify the bet.

I don't get this.

If he doesn't get 10 sacks,  you take your boyfriend out to a nice dinner.

If he does get 10 sacks, you get rid of that stupid pitbull that's been peeing all over your carpet.

For you, it's a win-win.

I don't really care about him playing a full season. The Bills will always be in the mix because of 17. I care about him playing in January.

Me too. I hope we have him for his 4th full season in 10 years. I hope he rearing to go come Playoff time. If he is, I think he will be a big factor.

At the money it’s a great signing.  Has a chance at his last big deal in 26.  Played as good as Sweat in a “down year”.  I think he can make to playoffs and make an impact.  With McDermott's Dline rotational style I think it suits him well.

Played 14 last year.  A few game is fine here and there.  Need him in January and Feb.

Another budget Beane move, we didn’t break the bank. He’s injury prone for sure, but still a capable talent. My guess is that we keep the pitch count down with him and insert when needed & hope for the best.  He did play 14 games last year.

It's a lot more upside than Miller at this point in their careers, and the cost is not insane. I'd still like to pick up Floyd or someone else to beef the DE room up more, but maybe that's asking too much.

Or Bosa has 5 sacks and it becomes a dribbler back to the mound for Beane. You know a fa acquisition is bad when you hear dozens of comments like "when healthy" or "it's only a 1 yr deal".

I'm not so sure. Times have really changed. That deal is now considered cheap. Decades ago, when we signed the great Bryce Paup, iirc he got 3 years for 7.5 million. That was considered good money in those days.

This contract could  turn out to be a bargain of sorts. Let's hope! :)

Very possible all the trade fodder at Edge was simply contract pandering.  Outside of a big trade Bosa was the best player available.  Yes, his recent injury history is concerning.  Paying him 50 cents on the dollar is the price he paid for it.  Playing 50% of snaps vs 70 plus he played most of his career could help him stay healthy.  3rd and 15 with Groot, Oliver, Ogunjobi and Bosa sound very good.
