Wow. It is a swing for sure. I like that it's 1 year, he will be motivated to perform and earn one more big contract. This means the Hendrickson idea is dead.

I think we need those high draft picks for safety, cb and wr.

Although I'd still love Hendrickson.

For those who disapprove, who on the market would be better in your estimation, outside of trading for Hendrickson which is probably not even a realistic possibility?

Another injury prone defensive player to go w/ our collection.

Rather have Hendrickson.

Hendrickson is def way better. But you got to trade a bunch of assets and pay him 30-35 million

Isn’t this guy always injured?

Bosa at 80% is a 10+ sack guy per year. Hopefully we limit his snap count so he can stay healthy. If Bosa returns to form we have an elite DE to pair with Rousseau… $12.5M is small potatoes.

Well maybe if it was madden that could happen.  Sadly in the real world you can only work with what's available.

Nice signing. How much cap do we have left POST Von miller cut?

We're certainly over right now by a lot.

If he stays healthy he’s is a $30M AAV type of player.

He’s $12M because he usually isn’t healthy.

Definitely worth a swing and this move will not preclude the Bills from drafting an edge rusher if one presents itself

5x Pro Bowler, 29. Oft injured on a one year prove it deal - gonna have pressure to perform and stay healthy.

Guys like this just aren’t around. If he stay healthy, big if, huge addition. Worth the swing.

wait… he’s only 29? I thought he was Von’s age 😂

What exactly has he done in the last 3 years that leads people to say “Nice!” ??

This is your job for today;  Try to make any fan who feels good about bringing in a low risk/high reward player for a year feel like crap about it.

The more it settles in the more I like it. I thought a team like the Pats or Commanders would overpay him on a 2 year deal. A 1 year prove it deal is perfect. If he stays healthy he can really get after the passer, if he doesn't there are no negative consequences beyond this year.

He’s had more seasons with less than 10 sacks than with more.  That’s quite the hot take

Im pretty sure that Buffalo has tried all avenues. I’m sure they called Garrett and got rebuffed , there was a report they called on Crosby, if those are to be believed, you have to believe they called on Hendrickson. This is honestly probably option D
