Knowing you’re only gonna roster maybe four or five rookies, I would expect these to be used to trade up even further. Or at least least one of them.

6’5” 205 pounds 4.3 speed. Yes please.

Or obtain picks in next years draft

Given where the Bills are I would like to see the Bills trade away a pick in rounds 4-5 to obtain a pick in 2026, always a good idea to with a very competitive roster for rookies to make to add a pick or two in future drafts. I loved the Bills trading away a 5th last year to get a 4th from the Bears this year.

I think Buffalo will probably use most draft picks. Getting younger has to be the goal.

Now obviously they will fill some of these in FA still but really right now they could feasibly draft

1 WR

1 TE

1 IOL

1-2 DEs

2 DTs

1 LB

2 CBs

2 S

Thats 12 spots I see kind of open right now and that doesn’t include QB if you want a young PS guy, a RB , and a Punter to compete with Camarda.

I see them trading one for a future pick because as it sits right now they have 6 next year

The Bills as it stands have 10 draft picks.  It's unlikely there's going to be room for 10 rookies on the 53 plus practice squad.  I'm thinking some of the lower picks get used to elevate one of the 2s or maybe even the 1.

And that’s before we trade back with KC! Then we will have 11!

I expect Beane to gain another pick by trading Elam or Espenesa.

I think Beane will wait until after the draft to make sure they get a DE they like in the draft then move Epenesa for a 26 pick

That would not surprise me at all. Signing Hoecht, a similar type, to a similar contract... and knowing a post June trade of AJ opens up about $6m which is around what Beane likes to have as his operating space in season.... AJE for a 2026 5th round pick (maybe can be a conditional 4th if he hits double digit sacks) at some point in camp feels like a very strong possibility to me.

1st

2nd

2nd (MIN)

4th

4th (CHI)

5th (G. Davis)

5th  (L. Floyd)

6th

6th (NYG)

6th (CLE)

I think that is correct

Let’s package one 4th and one 5th into a3rd.  We need quality now not quantity

we should use the extra second to trade up in the 1st to get that Nose tackle or pass Rush.

Hopefully Beane uses all these picks as ammo to move up and het players that will actually contribute and not lose them after we cut them.

Yeah, Brock Purdy is proof to not waste picks on international players and guys who didn’t play football.

One man's version of waste is another man's version of Jordan Mailata.

Round 1
Round 2
Round 2: (from HOU)
Round 4
Round 4: (from CHI)
Round 5: (comp)
Round 5: (comp)
Round 6
Round 6: (from CLE)
Round 6: (from NYG)

I highly doubt Beane sits still with all of those picks available.  He probably does not have roster space for 10 picks.  I think he looks to move up in round 1 and round 2 with the targets being defensive line and CB.  I know there are many here wanting an impact WR high in the draft but I just do not think the Bills will go that direction.
