Good player, good locker room guy but Joshua Palmer is a big upgrade. Nice trade up.

I don’t see Palmer as an upgrade to Hollins, rather a likely slight upgrade to Cooper.  
 

at least Mack’s departure opens up another WR spot- hopefully in the draft
