We still need pass rush help, a starting CB, and maybe a starting Safety.  I'm honestly surprised Beane has signed or acquired a good pass rusher.  I hope he isn't relying on Solomon, Hoecht and AJE to pick up the slack.

totally agree.  My "remaining" list was of current Bills.  Def want more than that.  Need a CB, DE (Sweat or Koonce).  Safety I'd be okay with Hamlin and a draft pick.

DE (Sweat or Koonce).

Both agreed to contracts yesterday.

I started a thread to discuss who is still available.  People have some interesting other options.

Hoecht is a DE in this system and with his and Bosa coming aboard, I wonder where this leaves Epenesa.

With such a lack of pass rushers on the market and Epenesa under a very reasonable deal for one more year I’m curious what he could fetch.

We are still going to take at least one DE in the draft

My roster projection currently has 48 players.  We still need a starting CB, depth (or a starter) at Safety, and a WR.  We also have 10 draft picks.  It will be interesting how the 53 man roster and PS shake out.   There are PS players from last year we know Beane & McD like.  Players like Gore, OL Mike Edwards, OG Gouraige, DT Zion Lodge, and WRs Shavers and Virgil.  Plus they signed TE Amari Rogers and brought back RB Evans.

The battle to make the bottom of this roster is going to be fierce.

I’m not much of a AJE fan.  I’d like to see Beane move on from him.

before moving on, I’d like to see him gain 15-20 lbs and become the power rushing end we drafted who can play inside and out.

The projection has 49 of 53 spots taken. Most likely they keep only 2 QBs, and Spector and Davidson are not sure things, so realistically there are only 7 open spots. They have 10 draft picks, 7 in the first 5 rounds. The 6th rounders have a lower chance of making the team, and probably less than 50% chance of clearing waivers.

This would seem to strongly indicate that they will use later round draft picks to move up in the earlier rounds. Current picks: 30, 56, 62, 109, 132, 169, 173, 177, 204, 206. Either move up in rounds 2 (56, 62) or 4 (109, 132) or trade later picks for '26 picks (trading a 5th or 6th this year for a 4th or 5th).

It would be nice to get 5 picks in the top 100-110 which seems very possible.
