MikePJ76 Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago I think the Defensive line is going to get the treatment the offensive line got a few years ago. one or two proven veterans, mid level guys...a connor mcgovern for the Dline if you will and then they will draft 2 or 3 Dlineman in the draft however it plays out that fits the best at their spots, end or tackle. I think the big money and maybe the first round pick is going to the secondary. They have 6 corners currently and I imagine they move elam, so maybe draft and sign a corner. I personally think they need a free safety and let rapp and bishop fight out the ss spot. Mid level safety like Andre Cisco on a short team friendly deal. We will know what they think the positions that they feel they will have a shot at in the first and second round I think by who they show interest in starting this week in free agency. I for one won't be shocked to see them sign a corner and a Defensive lineman first. 1 Quote
RyanC883 Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago FA CB and Slayton WR. Heck Palmar also. Edge Koonce, and one (or both) Mack and Sweat. Quote
H2o Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago WR - Slayton, bring Hollins back DE - Sweat. If not, Darrell Taylor DT - Teair Tart, or BJ Hill CB - Paulson Adebo, Carlton Davis, or Byron Murphy S - Tre'Von Moehrig (I like him as a reclamation project for McD), Holland 1 Quote

Dexter Lawrence is at the top of my list I think. why would two guys clinging to their jobs by the thinnest of margins trade the best player on their roster? The last thing they need is to watch another one of their players go be successful somewhere else after last seasons hard knocks disaster. 1 Quote

Low Positive Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago Just now, Warriorspikes51 said: that would seriously risky business I don’t think he’s worth it DK Metcalf will now turn into a crazy Diva WR. It's in the water in Pittsburgh. I'm surprised that Tyreek was able to complete that process without a stop there. Quote

NoSaint Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago some less talked about names I think Bynum could be sneaky instead of holland adebo? nothing about him fits but for some reason chase young sits as a guy that I suspect is higher on their list than mine. Haason reddick might be a devalued swing at getting pressure without paying 30m I wouldn’t be SHOCKED by Kupp instead of cooper/hollins Quote
gonzo1105 Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Paulson Adebo has been my # 1 want in this class since the beginning. Think he’s a perfect fit here. Young, has length, can play zone or man coverage, comes from Stanford so you’d assume he’s a smart player which Buffalo covets. Jason Pinnock as a safety would be a nice starter/depth guy here but don’t think we invest heavily at SAF. Josh Palmer or Nick Westbrook. Both are down the field separators and should come relatively cheap, Malcolm Koonce or Joe Tyron would be intriguing DE flyers Quote
HurlyBurly51 Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago Holland, Sweat, Ward and bring back Amari. Hey, it says wishlist😁 Quote

We've got Keon Coleman, Khalil Shakir (Slot), and Curtis Samuel (50% Slot). Then we have Dalton Kincaid, who's also half or more out of the Slot We need to find replacements for or re-sign Amari Cooper and Mack Hollins. Edited 7 hours ago by BillsFanForever19 Quote

I'm bringing in Slayton for outside speed and Hollins and 4 and 5 respectively toss in a draft pick likely in early day 3. Negligence is that we had the 2nd best points per game last season with a similar WR core. Quote
JohnNord Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago 1 hour ago, Virgil said: I don't know how I would even quantify this, but this feels like one of the more star studded headline weeks in recent NFL history. Yes, Garret stayed in Cleveland, but DK, Adams, Bosa, Hendricks, Crosby, and our new contracts has felt like a lot. For me, while I would have loved to get Garrett or Crosby, I'm glad they were ultimately out of reach and stayed where they are. I definitely would have been pissed if they changed teams and we weren't in on it. With all of that said and done, and FA starting tomorrow, what are you all hoping to see happen? This can include extensions for our own guys. For me, I don't know that I have anyone in FA that I'm really looking to add. I trust the front office's evaluations of DB's and Safeties, so if they go get a guy, then great. I would like to see McGovern and Benford extended. I won't be upset if we extend Cook, assuming there aren't any other FA's to bring in. I feel overall good about our offense. With the depth in the draft on the defensive line, I don't know if I care much about any of the FA's, but it's not my money. I'm pretty relaxed about the whole process now that the big names are taken care of. The Bills have a very good roster that should have a chance to compete for a Super Bowl. I feel that this offseason was all about maximizing the SB window and adding impact players on offense and defense. Hendrickson is the only one left and that’s probably a pipe dream. Bills aren’t going to overspent for a player like Josh Sweat or Javon Holland either. In 2019, Brandon Beane chose to spend money on players like Cole Beasley and John Brown to average contracts, as opposed to overpaying a WR. I have a feeling they’ll do the same this season. Maybe a notch above the Tim Settle’s on the free agent market. Not what I was hoping for. 1 Quote
