TFBillsfan Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago Happy for Josh as it’s very well deserved! Now I truly hope Beane can surround Josh with additional top talent. Outside of Diggs, the roster has lacked playmakers on both sides of the ball. Bills: Josh and ????? KC: Mahomes, Kelce, Jones Balt: Jackson, Henry, Hamilton, McQueen Cinn: Burrows, Higs, Chase, Hendricksen Obviously, the Bills have a solid roster, but to break the wall down, they need significant upgrades in talent! 1 1 1 Quote

He has great pocket presence and throws darts from the pocket.. his athleticism is an added boost to making him the best football player ever He can still maneuver around the pocket and throw darts for years even past his prime We do agree, he would be a top 5 guy based on his arm and brain alone, the fact that when all hell breaks loose he can run like he does is the unicorn. 1 Quote

He is just about a ring at this point. Seems like he is hunting two types of rings at this point. Both are worth having IMHO. I hope he gets them. 2 Quote

THIS WAS BACK WHEN 1975 NFL RULES APPLIED, TOO. https://www.profootballhof.com/players/fran-tarkenton/ The discussion was the Bills have 6 seasons to get a SB, those 6 covering the years Allen will be the most effective. And yeah, Fran one a bowl after age 35….he did it with a bunch of all pro players. Quote

I'm not saying it as criticism of Josh - I wouldn't blame in the slightest if he did in that scenario. But let's win the Super Bowl next year and it won't be a thing. 2 Quote
Huh? What? Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago I'm so giddy about this I'm humping the dog's leg... Yeah that is probably not the right to post!🤣 1 2 Quote

I'm just tired of the narrative that Josh wants to or will want to leave Buffalo when nothing he's said or done has supported the argument. Coming on the day he signed an extension rubbed me the wrong way. Quote

The deal shows how much he must love and appreciate the Bills. 1 Quote

What makes Allen so great is his legs, once he loses that he won't be nearly as potent. Edited 7 hours ago by Awwufelloff 1 Quote

Shaw66 Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago 30 minutes ago, Buddy Hix said: Elway didn’t take nearly as much abuse as Allen does. Oh I don't think that's correct. Elway had no concern for his body at all when it came to running with the football. He had massive collisions with defenders often, and he wasn't sliding to avoid hits or running out of bounds to avoid hits. That made his success late in his career even more incredible. Josh can play to 40 if he wants. 2 1 Quote
BullBuchanan Posted 7 hours ago Posted 7 hours ago I don't get this deal. They're calling it a 6 year extension, but it's really just a 2 year $200M extension. How does that make sense? Why not do an actual six year extension? Quote
