If the Bills haven’t won a ring by the time his contract is I can see him looking to move on - basically try and do a Stafford. Seems like an excellent deal and massive credit to Josh for not trying to reset the market. He could have easily done so. 1 1 1 Quote

If that was actually what you had typed, it would still be there. BigDingus Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago (edited) Tisk, tisk... He should've played out his contract to give us more time to see what he can do! What if he ends up a bust like Elam? Bad move by Bills brass. Edited 5 hours ago by BigDingus 5 Quote

We MUST emphasize Defense this offseason to get over the top. Yes, we need to hit on DT, DE, S, CB, and boundary WR. The latter is not an afterthought, but I think it comes in last for Beane. Also, I don't really see anyone in FA that is viable. You're not going to get a developed WR in the draft, but you might get a speed fella that can beat press coverage and operate on the outside. Metcalf would have been perfect -- I'm aware the contract was exorbitant. 2 1 Quote

sven233 Posted 8 hours ago Posted 8 hours ago Allen had every right to ask to be the highest paid QB in the league. He deserved it quite honestly. The fact that he took this much of a hometown discount shows you that he is committed to winning and this city. Yes.....he still got a massive payday and his bank account is surely not hurting, but he absolutely could have asked for and gotten $65 million a year and nobody would have really flinched. In my opinion, he's the best in the world. And to get him locked in at these numbers is just an amazing deal for this organization. Now go get the man a defense and some WRs that can actually beat man coverage!!! 4 2 Quote

Allen has supreme athleticism but don't act like he hasn't gotten command inside the pocket and continuously gets better John elway played good past 35 so can Josh Allen with modern medicine 6 1 Quote

Seriously you are completely unaware of anything, football or otherwise, and will be one of the few arguing that Josh being paid less than Dak and the same as the rest is not a great deal. Quote
