What did we pass on . Maybe Buffalo did offer a 2nd but Pittsburghs was better. Maybe Beane made a deal with Seattle but DK wanted too much money. We didn’t lose last year or the years before to the Chiefs because we didn’t have a playmaker. We continuously lose to the Chiefs because they have been more clutch than we have.

I think 30 million per season is appropriate for those 3-4 WRs who stretch the field and get 100 plus catches per year.

If the Bills both gave up a 2nd rounder and paid this man 30M a year then I'd be pissed. Because it means the Bills would be stuck with GR as their best pass rusher, and would have to rely on a pretty low level FA for a corner back.

I wanted metcalf and the 2nd round pick is a not a problem but giving him 33 million a season is a bit much for his production. 
 

I also really don’t like a 5 year deal that take him to 32 years old and his game his not one that would translate once he starts to decline physically.

What a waste...huh?  Having the ball at the end of the AFC championship game and one Dalton Kincaid drop away from a super bowl.  How dare he put that kind of trash team together.? If only Allen were on 1 of the other 29 teams that are worse than the Bills, he'd win a title for sure.

DK is a monster and is in his prime, but I have serious concerns on how a physical specimen reliant WR ages once that deal gets into years 4 and 5. 
 

Unless this is a fake six year deal like Vons was.
