Interesting.  Was he recovering from an injury last year?  He had only 1 start.

 

According to Wikipedia, he started at C for the Steelers as a rookie, moved to G the next year and was a backup.  Traded to Texans for a 6th then got hurt.  Did not see much action last year for Texans.

Makes sense. If you're letting DK Metcalf and Tyler Lockett go - you have to get something in that's going to move the needles and sell tickets.
