We ARE not in the market for big name splash players in FA. Those players usually come to a good team in the form of a trade. Diggs, aj brown, Von (rams) we need to find the second tier gems like Philly did w Baun LB. Quote

He is a free agent I think after next year, and they don’t want to pay him Garrett money. they have the most expensive defense in the league already i believe. Sign me up for watt. If they called on Crosby and there is any truth in watt they should be trying there too. No idea what happened to watt down the stretch last year but whatever it was I imagine it won't happen again. 1 Quote

jahnyc Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago I am sure the Bills were in on many of the free agents that signed elsewhere yesterday. For most free agents, it was about money and team location, not about being on the cusp of the Super Bowl. Older veterans that have made a lot of money may have a different view at this point of their careers. Quote

I was listening to Bryan Broaddus talk about the corners yesterday and he sounded like he loves Jahdee Barron. He basically said forget the measurables, he can flat out cover inside and outside. Said he is going to be a great value for someone in the 2nd round. Seems like he might be a great fit for our defense but his value is rated somewhere between 30 and 56. So he could get overdrafted at 30 or slip and be a steal (hate that term) if he makes it to 56 which he certainly will not. I am convinced the bills are going to move back from 30 and add another 4 or a 3 if the numbers work for this exact reason. they are going to have a group of guys all very similar at different positions who they can probably move back 5 to 10 spots and still get one of them. 1 Quote
Roundybout Posted 19 hours ago Posted 19 hours ago Panthers cut Miles Sanders. What a bust that signing was. Quote

I think there’s some doubt that Barron even makes it to us at 30 tbh. If it were a lesser CB draft I think he’d be a sure fire top 25. I agree that moving back may very well happen due to the options at CB and DL in rd 2. I do think that he will take the top realistic DT on his board if he’s there. There’s lots to like. 1 Quote

I don't think he makes to us at #30 but if he does I'd take him there and not worry about someone taking him from you before your 2nd pick. We need a starting CB and he could start right away. 1 Quote

They were talking about Dallas because they have basically 1 corner on the roster at the moment. They have picks 12 and then 44 so I thought they were talking about him slipping and getting to 44. 2 Quote
