Texans cut Shaq Mason and traded Green and Tunsil. They are gonna need some offensive linemen.

Totally disagree. Josh Allen himself said that dude is the best third down back in the league. That catch he made against Denver was ridiculous. I’m not suggesting you over pay for him but the guy deserves a raise. Hollins was a dog too. Made a ton of big catches and brought the energy. Chemistry is a thing guys.

1. Allen for Mahomes straight up in early July

2. Both teams get crushing cap hits to make it happen.  They each have to cut a huge number of players.

3. Since it is July, most teams rosters/caps are set so both teams re-sign all the cut guys on vet minimum contracts

4. Reverse the Allen/Mahomes trade 

5. Both teams have tons of cap for 2026 and beyond without damaging their 2025 chances

and what did they contribute their first year?

 

im comfortable saying that most guys at elite positions that are in the 3rd wave off the board are usually project to get to their ceilings or have lower ceilings- not as often they come in as a game breaker year 1

I understand that. But I'm actually talking about a KNOWN difference maker. Not 1 or 2 possible boom or bust players from the draft on a team that doesn't seem to understand how to identify DL talent very well

the Bills want to and the offer is on the table - he's being smart and checking his value. RB's only get a few shots.

Do we know if the Bills have or have not been aggressive? We know who has signed and where...but not necessarily which teams tried to sign those guys and failed.
