Yeah, when a team that JUST signed a guy to a big extension say “yeah we screwed up” and tries to trade him, I’m not that interested.  Aiyuk is the classic well rounded, not special at anything player.  Wait, actually he’s exactly the type McBeane looks for, but still, he gets paid a reasonable amount, he’s out.

The knee injury last season (torn ACL and MCL IIRC) was the big issue. He’s not Jefferson or Chase, but he’s comfortably in the next tier. He’d far and away be the best WR on the Bills if he came here. I don’t think he will fetch much in trade due to coming off that injury and his contract. A team has to be willing to pay him though: 

2025: $25M (guarantees on 4/1/25)

2026: $27M (guarantees on 4/1/25)

2027: $28M (no guarantee)

2028: $30M (no guarantee)

I knew game changer on defense was a pipe dream but really was hoping with all options easily could have improved CB2 and Safety. At this point I hope Hamlin and Douglas get signed elsewhere because I see where this is headed. With Allen the Bills will always have a shot and put up points and capable of being a SB offense. This is NOT a SB defense right now but let’s see how next few days play out

I agree on the RB thing, but they haven't spent nearly as much on core ST guys the past two FA cycles.
