Still need one. Gilliam is a free agent so it makes sense on a one year contender deal.  Gilliam does have Special teams ability something Jus probably won’t do

Here's hoping not. He was awful last year. He turns 31 this year and it's very likely he hit the wall.

Don't disagree that Douglas has declined, but we need a starting CB opposite Benford and we don't have a starting caliber CB on the roster to fill the spot (Elam should be traded or released).  Are there any CBs left in free agency that are starting level?  Not sure I would want to take a CB in the first or second round and hope that he would be an instant starter (plus the strength of this draft is DL).

#Bills got a lot better today. Michael Hoecht is going to be huge for their defense and special teams. Josh Palmer will be WR1. Hoecht is an energizer for the locker room. Josh Palmer is a separator and Josh Allen is going to be in love with him. Shakir and Palmer will complement eachother well.  -Rams content publisher/YouTuber

Asante Samuel, Kristian Fulton, Mike Jackson.

 

Hell, if it came down to Douglas at his price or bring back Dane Jackson at his price and Draft a guy - I'd take the latter.

Use Knox more as a fullback while having Gilliam for more traditional uses and special teams. No need to overpay a full back.

I did. Bad teams had mountains of cap space and the FA class was less than steller. Overpays were bound to happen.

A guy Bills fans wanted during the draft. Ifeatu Melifonwu is out there. Had a lot of injuries but when he’s played has been solid. Has a high athletic profile and is long. Can play both CB/S
