It's why we needed to build a domed stadium. I have family that lives in Miami. My brother works at a prominent Course in S. Florida and has spoken to many NFL players. He asks them all the time, come to Buffalo and play with Josh Allen. They all say the same thing.... naw, too cold. They state that it's not the city the detracts them, it's playing in the strong windy cold conditions of Orchard Park. It's why we needed a domed stadium. Players know that their careers get out a little short playing in those conditions. We may have the worst weather situation in the NFL. Greenbay is a close second, they get the cold, but no so much the snow amounts. What? This is nonsense. They practice in good conditions most of the time so you’re talking about maybe 3 or 4 games a season where they “suffer” for a few hours? Come on, man, you can’t possibly believe this. Anyway, the new stadium isn’t going to be as windy and is more of a “contained” bowl that will certainly not feel as cold. Quote

gonzo1105 Posted yesterday at 05:01 PM Posted yesterday at 05:01 PM Paulson Adebo just signed with the Giants, no numbers yet but he was the guy I wanted the Bills to go after. I’m guessing since he was the first outside CB his contract is huge Quote

GETTOTHE50 Posted yesterday at 05:01 PM Posted yesterday at 05:01 PM Well this FA was a bust. Atleast the east is still clearly ours 1 Quote
jaybeezee Posted yesterday at 05:02 PM Posted yesterday at 05:02 PM We will overspend for some Curtis Samuel type that's coming off some sort of injury. Trust me, people expect Beane to all of a sudden not be Beane and that's the funny part of all of this. Beane will never ever make another Diggs move, even though he should. DK could of been had for one of our second rounders, but nope! Now he will draft some project with that pick and people on this board will make excuses for it. Quote

It's called the funding rule, I believe. That means between the guys we have extended and Allen's new Contract, Terry has had to pony up 361.2 Million so far this offseason. So we might not be going after higher end FA's I used to think that, but the funding rule is not mandatory. It reads "may" not "shall": https://www.nbcsports.com/nfl/profootballtalk/rumor-mill/news/nfls-funding-rule-isnt-mandatory-did-the-browns-make-escrow-payment-for-deshaun-watson-deal 1 Quote

Well, let's be honest. Some might say if you go to Buffalo, it's the perfect place for not winning SB's. 1 Quote
