At least we didn’t have a prominent player telling everyone in media that will listen that we’re a Myles Garrett away from winning a Super Bowl.  
 

That would be awkward.

Good! I didn't want to see the Bills wiped out of decent draft picks for the next two years. This is one of the deepest D-Line drafts in the past 10 years. The Titans released Edge Howard Landry, who's been a beast for the past 6 years. No need to give away draft capital. Currently makes $18M the next 3 years.

Probably the highest ceiling player available if he doesn’t become the Defense’s version of Curtis Samuel.

As I told @LowPositive,  if the Chargers don't want to pay a WR $30M then DK will have to pivot.   There is nothing to indicate that he plays worse in colder weather.

At this point the most likely scenario is the bills opt for the “run it back” year….minimal FA additions of note and drafting reinforcements. 
 

Hope to hear of some restructures (Allen) before tmrw or we’re likely looking at a re-do.

That’s a pile of money!  Will have to see how it’s structured to see what the actual years and expected pay will be. I guess that wouldn’t matter if it’s 123 million guaranteed.

 

How does that team expect to pay him and Watson?

@Magox now the Rousseau deal makes more sense. I’m sure that they swung on Garrett, and presumably Hendrickson, then pivoted to Rousseau. They’ll still add to the DL but when the top of the market wasn’t available, they moved down the list. I still don’t love the Rousseau contract but if Garrett wasn’t an option, it is a little better.

I would. He’s made of paper mache at this point of his career. Hasn’t played a full 16-game season since 2021.
