He was fine but didn’t look like an $11M WR. Maybe it was injury related? I mean he was injured majority of the year, I guess he's more of an insurance policy for the likely suspensions of Worthy and Rice Quote

Inconsistent, often injured, and average player when he's actually healthy enough to be on the field. Still benefitting from the image of being great in college. 2 Quote

His game is a lot like Shakir but with more speed and less power. He has a role but it isn’t as a X or Z. He’s a chess piece. Agree to some extent, why couldn't Brady get this electric chess piece to work though? And Coop for that matter? We had an amazing offense stats wise but just getting their average out of these 2 would've put the O in goat territory Samuel was phenomenal last year, as was Cooper Edited Sunday at 06:31 AM by JerseyBills Quote

He got better as the year went along. Cooper was hurt as well. The offense got much better once they traded for him. The threat of Cooper kept teams from loading the box and jamming the middle of the field. Why the Bills entered the season with no one to play the boundary is beyond me. Mack Hollins being your only guy on the outside is crazy. I believe both Samuel, and Cooper should they bring him back, will be more productive this year than last year. Those people that thought Samuel was the Diggs replacement though were never going to be right. That’s not the style of play that he brings. 2 Quote
