Of course this scum bag and that POS organization in KC will get away with this

I'd expect he'll still get hit with a 4 game suspension like Von did. No charges were filed against Von either. Suspension still came for conduct unbecoming.

Not in Texas.

Family members can't drop charges, only the DA

As I was saying....10...9...8...DROPPED!!!

As you were told, but can't seem to manage to grasp, the family's wishes had nothing to do with the DA rejecting the charges.

If everything they say is true with her not leaving after being asked to leave multiple times and also cheating on him. Then she destroys a room in his house and scratches him and rips out some of his hair then I’m on Worthy’s side.

Who knows what the truth is though.

Just because you are a crazy woman you can’t go around just smacking people and pulling their hair out and not think they aren’t going to defend themselves.

I don’t care what gender you are. If I hold back long enough for you to scratch me and pull my hair out after trashing one of my rooms then I’m not just going to sit there any longer and let it happen either. F around and Find out.

I agree with alot here. But you really can’t touch a woman. That’s what they want. They push the right buttons to get a reaction. It’s hard but self control needs to be exercised.

When I saw it was family I knew these would be dropped. Ain’t gonna ruin the cash cow of the family. Throw in NFL player. Might not get out of the reach of the long arm of the law Goddell though

easy to create narratives. We will see. The oft article references the lack of charges after discussions with a third party.

I haven’t followed this one closely but in plenty of spots a simple allegation will get cuffs on you without much confirmation.

could be exactly what you said. Could be the proverbial extortion gone poorly nearly as easily though. Domestic stuff can be terribly messy and tough to assume about

As Rashee Rice will soon find out, Worthy committed this crime in the worst state of the 50 states. In New York, this would be a slap on the wrist Class A midsemeanor. In Texas, it's a third-degree felony. Also, the family member can't simply drop charges, and especially not if it's a woman. It will be up to the state. He has a very long offseason ahead and I'd say a certain suspension.

Looking for your footnote on this point.
