His non DK Metcalf games were rough.  Other than that, he's pry in that 15 to 20 range of starting QB's.  When I close my eyes though I just can't ever picture him holding a Lombardi trophy over his head.  Seahawks were just treading water so it was a good move by them imo.

Metcalf is an absolutely excellent player. But this level of opportunity cost? Hell, no. If bringing him in takes away the opportunity to bring in probably two or even three good defensive guys, which is where our real needs are, I'd sadly pass him by.

Yeah, if we’re being real, that’s more accurate.  The scouting report from college still holds true, he’s just not a fast processor, when he has time to see something he’s fine, when it’s gotta happen fast, he’s just not good enough for the NFL. 
 

I don’t know what Seattle’s plan is, but I love how they are trimming the fat off a pretty good team.  Now if they go wrap themselves up with Darnold.. well they just don’t get it, it’s just a younger Geno.

I like the fact that KC has six games against Herbert, Nix and Smith (and Harbaugh, Peyton and Carroll).  Smith isn’t that great but a helluva lot better than what they had.
