As with most appointees, it's a payback for some kind of support in the past. This has been happening since practically the dawn of the USA. Trying to pin lack of vaccination on RFK Jr. is silly but it's what you guys do. Again no one really took RFK Jr's vaccine stance seriously except those who already believed like he did. This measles outbreak is because of illegals and you guys all know it.
