Think back to the last 10 years ... who was better? Matt Haack? Corey Bojorquez? Colton Schmidt? Shawn Powell? He had a few beautiful punts last year inside the 5 yard line and some boomers too. It was a money thing. Correct move, but he wasn't a bad punter. Martin was tied for 19th in average. Bojorquez was actually 8th in average and 3rd in punts inside the 20 this past season. In20 of course is relative because he had the most punts. Quote

He punts and kicks off. He's also super athletic...actually ran a faster 40 than Keon...but who didn't? amirite? Anyway, there are a few interesting free-agent names if they want to go with an older vet but they can draft one as well. You can't be serious? A punter ran a faster 40 than Keon Coleman???? wow Quote

BigAl2526 Posted Friday at 06:13 PM Posted Friday at 06:13 PM Martin came to the Bills with a reputation for being able to put the ball inside the 20 even though he didn't have the strongest leg. He was pretty high priced for a punter though, and at his age, his leg isn't getting any stronger. He lived up to his reputation las season, but they have been times when he's had some inconsistencies. I think, given his price tag, it was time to try somebody else. Jake Camarda is intriguing at the very least. Quote
