I don't think they should count alternates as Pro Bowlers.  They should just do away with any pro bowl event whatsoever.  Just announce them like any other award.

Dude had productive years first 6 seasons.  Last 3 seasons injuries have been an issue played 5, 9 and 14 games.  Had 2.5, 6.5 and 5 sacks in those seasons.  Have no interest unless it was vet minimum.

 

Feel he wasn’t ever a true impact player? Known more for having a NFL brother than his play.

On a team friendly (very friendly) deal with playtime and sack incentives, I'd be ok with it.  Not a fan of his, and his play has seemed to dio even when healthy.  But a deal like I mentioned makes it a worthwhile gamble IMO

Agreed.  He’s still only 29 years old and it’s now or never for him.  He was elite at one time.
