He's a game wrecker.  Definitely elite.  Most pressures by any defensive end since being drafted.  Well deserved contract.

This was obviously coming ever since Pete Carroll took over as Head Coach and Crosby started praising the Raiders organization. People kept talking about him as a Trade option and I kept saying that ship has sailed.

Well if he pulls a hammy or tweaks a knee...or whatever, .....Anyway, maybe we are finally getting forced to draft and build. A small improvement on D could be all it takes and if we hit on picks, the next 4 years we be good.

 

The interior Dline is what needs fixing. That's where we need a splash deal and great drafting. We can blitz, but if we're getting run over in the middle....

 

Solomon is gonna be good and if we hit on a big fast DE or someone? I'd rather pull a Dexter Lawrence out of the Gmen and draft.

Takes him off the market. Raiders and the organization seem to love him and he is of course a very good player. Onto other options.

He's a very good player but not in the same ballpark as Garrett.  That's why I could never understand the people that were packaging them together like if you got one or the other you were getting the same guy.  I guess that's maybe why I'm not that disappointed to see this.  Myles was always the move I have had my heart set on.  Fingers crossed Beane can work some magic.
