Which high end free agent player or possible trade candidate do you most want right now?

My problem isn’t with a 1t helping rush defense.

 

it was overpaying a 1t that they had to threaten to take a pay cut 2 years later.

Either way, Garrett or Crosby would likely have a significant effect on the rest of the defense, enabling players like Oliver, Rousseau, and the linebackers to have career years. I think in a less direct manner, Metcalf would do the same for Coleman and the receivers.

 

Would be happy with either, LOVE Crosby, but don’t see the Raiders being dumb enough to move him.

Still my #1 choice.  Now the Hawks officially 'exploring' it. Go Beane.

 

If Miami was smart they would try to swap Hill for him, but they would need to add more. Hill is a 31 and his super power is speed.

Crosby - Gone at about 35M per.

Garrett - Will want Crosby $$$ ... Browns say he's not available, I believe them, they'll give him Crosby money and he'll be happy.

Metcalf -  I don't see the Bills going for him... The Raiders on the other hand, catching passes from Brady.

Adams - Unlikely since we won't be signing Mr Rodgers to be our backup QB.

Cooper - I think he wants to go someplace warm unless you over pay for his services.

 

I don't see a high end FA or a trade for a big name. Most likely we'll go for a friend of Josh, either Cap'n Kirk or Hollywood, re-sign Hollins and draft a WR in the 4th or 5th round after going DT/Edge/CB in the first two rounds.

That's absolutely what they are doing. Diggs made an NBA move last by not only forcing a trade but also forcing a destination. It's now the norm.

I think Trey Hendrickson is a perfect fit for us.  Trade for him and sign him to a three year extension.
