BarleyNY Posted Sunday at 03:00 PM Posted Sunday at 03:00 PM (edited) The WoF is as much for the fans to show love to the players as it is for the Bills to acknowledge their contributions to the team. So IMO Dawkins is an obvious yes. Now get Kyle Williams on there. Edited Sunday at 03:01 PM by BarleyNY 1 Quote

Ruben Brown, Moulds, Butch Byrd, Kyle Williams, and Aaron Schobel. If they let Hansen (no pro bowls) in then those guys should get in too. Cornelius Bennett is more controversial and maybe we can just swap him with OJ when going to the new stadium and nobody will notice. I totally agree on Byrd, Brown, and Williams. I could see Schobel as well. We'll see where Dawkins slots at the end of his career. I'd also like to see Brian Moorman. He has the accolades. Yeah, he was a punter, but I don't care. 1 Quote

I would argue the opposite is true. Most Bills fans talk about him like he's Jonathan Ogden. This thread is a perfect example. 1 Quote
First Round Bust Posted Sunday at 04:47 PM Posted Sunday at 04:47 PM he would have to finish the rest of his career as a Bill and make some pro bowl teams and win a ring or two... moreover... I wish he would win NFL Man Of The Year...as he is consistently the Bills candidate for very good reason, and he also lives in city and is often at Sabres games. I know of no other Bill that lives in city...corect if I am wrong here...(Jerry Hughes used to live in the city as well back in the day - add past Bills that used to live in the city if you know- can) Quote
The Cincinnati Kid Posted Sunday at 04:52 PM Posted Sunday at 04:52 PM I think we all have to ask if a player is in our personal lore and tie to the team. For me, it’s Kelly, Thurman and Reed from when I was kid. Then it was Flutie, Bledsoe and Moulds paired with Price and Henry. I loved Freddie Jackson and Stevie Johnson with Fitz. And now Allen, Dawkins, Milano, Hyde, White, and Poyer. I don’t have any connection to Ferguson, Kemp, OJ or those guys. So they’re not really on my Wall of Fame for the Bills. As much as it’s an organizational honor, it’s pretty personal, I think. Quote
Mikie2times Posted Sunday at 04:55 PM Posted Sunday at 04:55 PM If we never reach a Super Bowl, I don't think it happens. Part of the reason those early 90's teams got so many in is the sustained deep playoff success. That group is considered more of a dynasty than say the current Allen led group. From the current Allen led group, Dion is probably the next closest to Josh, but that doesn't mean he's a lock. A lot of it will boil down to winning a title or not. If we do get one I would say it swings to him being closer to a lock. Quote

Yes because he’s shut up most of the haters he had earlier in his career with consistent high level play. 4 hours ago, Moulds_80 said: This User name checks out 👍 Quote
Don Otreply Posted Sunday at 05:55 PM Posted Sunday at 05:55 PM Of players in the Allen era, absolutely YES, when was the last time anyone talked seriously about replacing him? Sure some loud mouths have blurted out some nonsense concerning Dion, but those folk are readily ignorable, you know, kinda like me, 😁🍸🚬 Quote

JerseyBills Posted Sunday at 06:29 PM Posted Sunday at 06:29 PM Yes, he has been elite the last 3 years or so and was always above average. And he'll have 3 or more SBs as 17s LT Quote

I've argued before there is a case for Hyde and Poyer too... I'd put them on as a duo. I agree, Dion does deserve it but Kyle goes first. 1 Quote
