1 Kelly*

2-10 Allen**

* Got to four superbowls

** Ask again when he's retired

I get what youre saying. I'd also argue that if Allen had Kelly's defenses he would have WON 4 Super Bowls already.

Era weighted

1. Kelly - It truly is a shame the kick went wide right and they never finished after. He was an era defining QB and helped change the position. Allen will pass him soon but he had a great run as the standard and gave so many great moments.

2. Allen - He is a SB appearance away from leap frogging Kelly. He has done everything else and has the MVP, just one last breakthrough to finish taking the throne.

3. Kemp - Was a superb QB for the time and won two AFL titles. For the AFL he was one of the two star QBs and they were a game away from playing GB in the first SB

4. Joe Fergy Ferg! - He was a very good QB that happened to be in the 2nd level of QB starters when Bradshaw/Roger/& Tarkenton where thee guys at the time. In todays terms he was a guy like Dak and with todays playoff back then he would have gotten more press.

5. Doug Flutie - The two years he was the true starter 98/99 the team was legit and people had major playoff aspirations. He was very good in 98, 99 lukewarm but the team believed in him and I do believe the 99 team makes some type of run had he started in the Titans game.

6. Tyrod - His play in 2015 was legit good and if Rex didn't destroy the defense they were an 11 win team. Following two years he couldn't match what we hoped but he was still decent and he had a part in killing the drought. Call me sentimental but loved the dude.

7. Bledsoe - First year great, lukewarm following two years performance wise but he still had some moments in those two years

8. Fitz - I still think he gets more hype that reality of what he was, but I will say on a talented roster he makes a playoff

9. Daryl Lamonica - Whoops wish they kept him

10. Kyle Orton - He was serviceable and threw for 300 yds a few times while almost breaking the drought. He also is better then any QB I can think of in the 11 spot.

He by far had a wonderful vibe haha his clothing picks alone were something else.

Also the only Bills QB to be assaulted with a laser lol

Orton being on any list aside from Biggest P***ies to ever play QB for the Bills is suspect. Think of Allen and Kelly and what they wouldn't do to pick up a first down in comparison to his sliding like a little beeotch 3 yds shy of a 1st with open field in front of him... I had nothing but contempt for Uncle Rico from that point forward.

In one of our Superbowls we had the 28th Defense in the NFL. There were 28 teams back then.

Curious to see where Bruce Mathison and Vince Ferragamo end up on people's lists...

You blew my next thread LOL name the worst QBs... maybe that would have been a more interesting one... it starts with Hobert and Collins... then it goes from there.

So I hated our Superbowl defenses... but in their defense... No Huddle gave the other team 3 to 4 more shots at the ball a game...

This is the discussion I was looking for... maybe it should have been who is the best qb Kelly or Allen... my argument for Allen is... Kelly, Reed, Lofton, and Thomas... Give Allen 3 Hall of Famers... but... chicken and egg... except Lofton... are Reed and Thomas HOF without Kelly...  I dunno... its a great debate for sure....
