While NFL teams may make a ton of money its still much harder to justify buying or paying to have a plane setup for this for a total of maybe a dozen trips a year https://images.app.goo.gl/JJTUGYp4j8fCtkQA8 Yes 2 hours ago, CoudyBills said: Mine told me a 747 needs 10200 feet to takeoff fully loaded, BUF main runway is less than 9000 feet. There are ways to get past any obstacle if you want to. They shouldn't be sitting in small seats. I don't know which is worse- on the way to the game getting stiff or for a sore body coming home. At least three teams...the Dolphins, Ravens and Broncos flew on the Atlas 747 to BUF. Those clubs took their L's and flew out of BUF fully loaded with players, staff and their luggage plus fuel,, so it can be done. Obviously they don't need to max out the fuel load to those cities but the runway is long enough for their needs. Since Miami got an A for travel I assume the Atlas 747 is configured better for the large football humans. 1 Quote

Secondly, the Bills charter Delta commercial airliners, so, of course, players have to ride coach. The Fins charter a plane for the entire season that is configured better for the team with larger seats and a consistent crew (https://simpleflying.com/miami-dolphins-atlas-air-boeing-747/). That is the reason for the rating. The training staff complaints are probably why the head athletic trainer got the axe. Terry is Cheap! LOL Quote

Also strength coaches got a F- in 2023. That’s interesting. It’s gone up. Eagles were 22 and the SB champs Quote

You've seen the size of these guys right? Be 6'8" 300 lbs and sit in coach. Millionaire or not it sucks. Now do that right after you just got banged around by other people that size for three hours. This, for me, is a no brainier and something the team can 100 percent fix. 45 minutes ago, zow2 said: At least three teams...the Dolphins, Ravens and Broncos flew on the Atlas 747 to BUF. The airfield is PLENTY long enough to handle anything there. 44 minutes ago, Doc Brown said: Dolphins finally won something. Coddled. 😂 Edited 1 hour ago by That's No Moon Quote

Well maybe that's because you're not 6'6" and weigh 350 and just finished playing an NFL game in the trenches and have to sit for 3+ hours in coach. Quote

Malazan Posted 47 minutes ago Posted 47 minutes ago The Eagles were 22nd and the Cheifs were 26th. No way any of these teams will win a superbowl like this. Quote

hondo in seattle Posted 5 minutes ago Posted 5 minutes ago Beane questioned the validity of the survey, the F- in particular: "My question is how many people actually completed this survey? This is the problem when you do anonymous surveys. Are we talking about six people, 12 people? You're talking about we have 70-something players when you count our practice squad and beyond. So, it's really hard to ascertain who gave the F-minus for their plane travel. Ultimately, we love feedback, but we're not getting that in the building..." Quote
