It's more how anyone can get and F-. Once you hit F, haven't you hit the bottom?

Exactly lol. That's why it's funny but also Pegula is probably embarrassed and will hopefully upgrade

88% of Bills players believe their head coach Sean McDermott is efficient with their time, a rank of 24 out of 32.

The players feel that McDermott is moderately receptive to locker room feedback on the team’s needs, ranking him 27 of 32 head coaches in the league.

I'm surprised that translated into such a low ranking. Most teams really love their coaches I guess

It means the difference between the best and the worst is not that significant as far as those things are concerned.

People think the Patriots have it made with their own plane. But it sounds like their 767 is old and cramped. Bills use Delta, i think their travel is fine.  Many of the respondents say they’d rather have the first class seats instead of the staff, including the Eagles.

Here’s 2024 to 2025. I think a lot of the changes are due to a younger team leadership group. A lot of changes in team leadership. I think it’s interesting that head coach dropped but he supposedly loosened up this season.

Families B to B+

Food C to B-

Nutrition D+ to B-

Locker room B+ to B
Training room B+ to B-
Training staff B to C

Weight room A+ to A

Strength coach A to B+

Team travel D to F-

Head coach A to B

Ownership A- to B

Training room B+ to B-
Training staff B to C

Me thinks we are on to why our S&T coach was dismissed.

I'm having a hard time feeling sorry for multi millionaires flying coach.

Imagine Spencer Brown or Dion Dawkins trying to cram into a coach seat.  I'm 6'+ and 200 lbs.+ and I struggle in coach seats on longer flights.  I'm nowhere near the size of these guys.  Given that their bodies are critical to their jobs, I'd rather not have Bills players arriving at a road game with a sore back, neck, hip, or knee because of flying in a contorted position.  I think it's a legitimate complaint.

Lower scores could also deter free agent interest, providing another reason to make improvements to get that score up.

Mine told me a 747 needs 10200 feet to takeoff fully loaded, BUF main runway is less than 9000 feet.

Maybe a 747 with 500-600 passengers and fully loaded with gas might need close to that on a hot day.  Good thing is a NFL team doesn’t need 500-600 seats or over 55,000 gallons of gas to fly 15 hrs nonstop.

The players have to be aware that McDermott's side of the ball has been awful in 6 straight postseasons. He's a defensive head coach that is a horrific defensive coach. That's not lost on them.

We want these particular millionaires happy.

They may be limited by the runways at the Buffalo airport. The Fins charter a 747. I doubt that could land there.

Apparently BUF can handle 747s.

Team travel D to F-

I guess all that Damar Hamlin training staff love was kind of short lived.

To give the Bills an F- for travel is kind of ridiculous.  They are being flown on chartered Delta widebody jets with a full flight staff and more food than any normal person could eat.  They stay in nice hotels.  I mean gimme a break, it's kind of insulting these football players would crap on the organization for travel unless there is something egregious that we don't know.

He’s blaming the dog, I think. The poor dog can’t even defend himself.

Didn’t they have complaints about guys sharing hotel rooms last year? Older facilities can be difficult to fix, but this travel stuff seems fairly simple. Hopefully the low score this year is primarily due to being forced to use the Niagara Falls airport as mentioned above. Don’t go cheap on travel.

Players who have been around the league are comparing the amenities that other teams provide. There’s no salary cap on coaches, staff, or accommodations.

I’m 6’1” and flew home in coach yesterday. My knees were directly up against the seat in front of me. I don’t know how these giants can even squeeze into a coach seat. That’s just not right.

"Also players felt like there wasn't enough training staff to help players in recovery."   Well there is at least a partial answer to fans questions about injuries and the slow recoveries.

So of course they fire the head of the training staff, instead of hiring more trainers....lol, wtf?

Interesting. Had no idea they did this. OP to Niagara Falls is a pain in the *** for sure.

I don't understand why there one flight every other week could not fly out of Buff, given that the airport has been open for business on usable runways. They are flying commercial jets--none are jumbos.

Do they have planes built like that available for charter?

While NFL teams may make a ton of money its still much harder to justify buying or paying to have a plane setup for this for a total of maybe a dozen trips a year

Of course.  Atlas, Eastern, etc. In fact some airlines, such as American, dropped charter service for  NFL teams some years ago due to money lost on each trip.

Terry is cheap...

If other teams are flying better chartered planes then why wouldn't they complain about tiny seats in economy?  I would for sure.

Might be time to call Airbus and get a custom personalized plane for the team built so everyone can have that valued leg room. I'm sure it will help the team feel better when the land after a cross country or even cross the ocean flights

I'd recommend an American company like Boeing, but they are known to cut corners and kill people.

When we lived in South Carolina the best thing we could say about or educational system was “Well, at least we’re not Mississippi!”

It could be 1 of 2 things.  Either he asked for help and they said no and he threw a fit. OR He refused help. I am leaning toward the latter.
