Interesting the strength coaches came in with a B+, but we terminated our S&C coach.

Here’s 2024 to 2025. I think a lot of the changes are due to a younger team leadership group. A lot of changes in team leadership. I think it’s interesting that head coach dropped but he supposedly loosened up this season.

Having driven both, Highmark to Niagara Falls airport is no farther than Arrowhead to KC's airport.  45 minute trip to the airport is nothing out of the ordinary.

When grading the travel players not going to care about how it compares to KC. The drive to Niagara Falls is 2x their normal drive to Buffalo. Obviously they are not going to be happy about that.

Issue really lies with management, the owner, Mr Eifficient-Economic-Etc making the decision - players who did complain likely heard about other teams having better benefits and want the same...

 

Related Note:  FWIW...Todays Athletic had NHL player agents review of NHL orgs:  Sabres owner voted second worst - all that loosing...they are a mess..the owner is in left-field...and..no votes at all for Sabres for best org...most other teams got at least one (1) freaking vote...

 

(Carolina owner voted the worst due to constant meddling-micro-manager)

88% of Bills players believe their head coach Sean McDermott is efficient with their time, a rank of 24 out of 32.

 

The players feel that McDermott is moderately receptive to locker room feedback on the team’s needs, ranking him 27 of 32 head coaches in the league.

 

I'm surprised that translated into such a low ranking. Most teams really love their coaches I guess

It’s very low considering the Bills are a winning team. John Harbaugh being that low is surprising also.

 

Also strength coaches got a F- in 2023. That’s interesting. It’s gone up.

As someone who has piloted many sports charter flights including several NFL team charters, it is crazy to see 340lb players sitting back in coach of plane.

 

The only way to have a plane with 100 1st class type seats is to buy and retrofit your own plane.  Not seeing Terry spending that kind of cash to buy and operate team plane.  BTW, any current type of plane can normally land in BUF.

Google says a 747 can land and takeoff from the Buffalo airport. Even  if it couldn't  charter 2 smaller plane with all first class seats.

Mine told me a 747 needs 10200 feet to takeoff fully loaded, BUF main runway is less than 9000 feet.
