Weight room and training got an A.

Our team travel was ranked 32/32 with players complaining about riding coach while staff got to ride first class.

"Also players felt like there wasn't enough training staff to help players in recovery."   Well there is at least a partial answer to fans questions about injuries and the slow recoveries.

The Commanders making such a big jump is clearly because of winning, not because they changed so many things for the players 😆

Well, the question is whether they get one-on-one attention from training staff, which 75% of players said they did for the Bills. I think the conclusion is a little different from the question they asked. There might be players who felt their recovery went just fine even if they didn't have one-on-one attention all the time.

As for travel, it’d be cool if the Bills incorporated something like players of the game (those who get game balls) get to sit in first class on the way back and on the way to the next game, even if it bumps multiple coaches to coach.

First of all, these things feel like course evaluations, which are an airing of greviences. Secondly, the Bills charter Delta commercial airliners, so, of course, players have to ride coach. The Fins charter a plane for the entire season that is configured better for the team with larger seats and a consistent crew (https://simpleflying.com/miami-dolphins-atlas-air-boeing-747/). That is the reason for the rating. The training staff complaints are probably why the head athletic trainer got the axe.

I thought they fly charter? They can't configure the plane with more room and better perks?

Thanks for answering my question

Also explains change in training staff.

Charter a plane with all first class seats like everyone else does. How dumb is this?

They’re a billion dollar organization, they certainly have the money to build a plane if they wanted to.

They may be limited by the runways at the Buffalo airport. The Fins charter a 747. I doubt that could land there.

Google says a 747 can land and takeoff from the Buffalo airport. Even  if it couldn't  charter 2 smaller plane with all first class seats.

Do they have planes built like that available for charter?

While NFL teams may make a ton of money its still much harder to justify buying or paying to have a plane setup for this for a total of maybe a dozen trips a year

These ratings are funny, and some of the categories clearly have nothing to do with the quality of the organization or the results on the field (i.e., Miami first).

When asked anonymously, most will b-i-t-c-h.

The training stuff is important, though, and the Bills’ low ranking suggests it was indeed time for a change.

...........let them sit in a hospital waiting room or physio room for 8 hours like the rest of us and then i'll accept their complaints.
