Low Positive Posted Wednesday at 04:54 PM Posted Wednesday at 04:54 PM On a regular pizza that I order, I just like Cheese, Mushrooms, and ham. But there is one that we make at home using Trader Joes dough (They sell it in a bag). It has a ricotta base, four cheese blend (mozzarella, fontina, asiago, and pecorino), and prosciutto. Then after baking, put fresh arugula on it and give it a balsamic drizzle. Quote
Sweats Posted Wednesday at 05:00 PM Author Posted Wednesday at 05:00 PM My wife made a homemade pizza one time with cauliflower crust..........i say one time cause my son and i threw it out, she was crying saying she'll never make anything for us again, throwing things, etc. It was a whole scene, man. It gets up to 950 degrees, and it only takes about one minute. You have to turn it every 15 seconds . We just have a stone we use in the oven. Quote

One of my best friends owns a pizzeria in Buffalo so when I have a couple minutes I can just go there and make anything I want which is great in a pinch 6 minutes ago, Augie said: Atlanta, for better or worse. I admit I could have stretched it out in a more even shape but at the end of the day when you use the best mozzarella and fresh dough and fresh made tomato sauce you're going to get good results Quote
Roundybout Posted Thursday at 05:02 PM Posted Thursday at 05:02 PM Green peppers, onions, pepperoni. I like to have a little vegetation to balance out everything else. Quote
