Comparing the worst team in the NHL to the Bills. This is exactly what I’m talking about. Quote

FYI, we have a lot of dead cap to clear from the Diggs trade. Remember Stefon Diggs? The WR we traded so Josh would have a #1 target? Yeah, how about that. Maybe we do care. Exactly. We also drafted CJ Spiller too! Quote

Josh watched film on WR’s and came away wanting Keon Coleman.  https://www.nfl.com/news/bills-gm-brandon-beane-josh-allen-pretty-pumped-we-drafted-wr-keon-coleman  The level of input that Allen had looks appropriate to me.  Clearly Beane, and the rest of the NFL, judged Worthy/Pearsall/Legette/Coleman/McConkey/Polk to be about the same talent level. Those 6 WRs were all picked between 28th and 37th overall.  We even traded down two different times before selecting Coleman.   Quote
wppete Posted Thursday at 06:53 PM Posted Thursday at 06:53 PM There is absolutely no way he would ever wont to leave, he is Buffalo. And the Bills would be very happy to pay whatever he asks for…. We got the best QB in the NFL and the perfect person for Buffalo. 1 Quote

Yes I agree it's too early and damaging.  This is professional sports, you have one career, and the United States measures your greatness with titles. Quote

Loved his basketball background. Then we get to Keon on the Bills and we have Josh throwing up jump balls to Keon all the time.   Quote
Devilmann Posted Thursday at 06:56 PM Posted Thursday at 06:56 PM The good old offseason blues. Why do some of you guys worry about so much stuff that you can’t control. If he leaves or if he stays it is what it is. There’s nothing I can do to change that. Would it suck if he leaves? Sure it would but on to the next and hope for the best. Just enjoy what you have while it’s here and live in the moments. For me it’s not a matter of blame or no blame but it’s thanks for what you’ve given the team and the city. I can’t hate a guy who’s doing something that what he thinks is best for him and his family. Quote

Should he put his foot down if she makes it an issue and demand a divorce? And again,, we are talking about six years down the road. Similar to LeBron, if he wins one in the next 2-3 years, he might wanna take his skills to the left coast. Â Hope he wins one or more and retires a Bill at 38. 1 Quote
Nephilim17 Posted Thursday at 06:57 PM Posted Thursday at 06:57 PM (edited) If he's around a couple more years and doesn't see the receiver room he needs to win with a quality outside guy and some speed, no, I would not blame him. I'd be gutted but I'd understand he has a limited number of years to win and it hasn't happened here — yet — through no (or very, very little) fault of his own. FireChans Posted Thursday at 07:04 PM Posted Thursday at 07:04 PM While I find it very comical how indignant fans get regarding this topic, it’s not really out of the realm of possibility.  Most elite franchise guys don’t move but some have. I think there’s very good odds Josh is the Bills QB until he retires, but I think Pats fans said the same about Brady for 20 years. And he’s the greatest ever and had done all there was to do.  Weird things happen.  If Josh decided to walk without winning one here, I would probably hate him for a long time unless we turned around and got a great replacement.   Quote

Ya Digg? Posted Thursday at 07:06 PM Posted Thursday at 07:06 PM So let’s say he did say he wanted to leave? What team would he go to that has a better situation than Buffalo? I’m not convinced there are many out there Quote

Josh is a big boy.  If Josh Allen at age 29, MVP, has zero input on the offense then he is part of the problem.  Don’t have to worry though because I know for a fact he has a lot of input. 1 Quote
