I don't have any big draft crushes this year. Which is probably for the best. My last two draft crushes were Dalton Kincaid and Keon Coleman, no joke. I'm staying away from draft crushes for a while.

There are three players that jump out to me that as of right now I would feel most excited about. In my order of preference:

1) Shavon Revel, CB, East Carolina. A CB with his physical traits would not typically be available at #30 but an ACL tear ending his last season may give us a rare opportunity. CB to me is the 2nd biggest need on the team right now. McDermott's scheme looks a lot better with a shutdown CB and it's been 3 years since they made a major investment there. Revel is the closest thing I have to a draft crush this year, and I probably just doomed his career by saying that.

2) Walter Nolen, DT, Ole Miss. There is just something about him that gives me a good feeling. I've seen him called a "young Chris Jones." I mean if that was really the case he'd be a top 5 lock, but his twitch and get-off are legitimately impressive. Interior pressure is the best way to stop our conference rivals.

3) Matthew Golden, WR, Texas. It's no secret that I want the WR room upgraded big time, at any cost. Golden gets on my list simply because he's likely to be the best WR available at our pick. He gives us route running and separation ability that doesn't currently exist on our roster. Not sure there is any #1 upside there but I could see him being a very good #2 and a good complement to what we already have.

Honestly I rely on you guys to get me informed. I'll be interested in watching some of the names that pop up here.

Same here buddy.  I have never been able to get into or watch college football for some reason.  TBD has always been my source to find out the prospects names that fit the Bills' needs based on everyone's different takes.  Then I'll go look up highlights and what not and form my own opinions.  Thanks to all the guys/gals on here dropping that knowledge for us who do not partake in college football!

Ultimately I think a trade for Garrett would be the best play but I also like Nolen so far.

Dline has to be the play.  The o line was improved last year this year has to be all about the defensive line and pressuring the qb.

I see what you did there! 🤣👍👍👍

I read as also possibly meaning we will trade back into the 2nd like last year for Coleman.

1. Dline.  Big M’Fer or pass rusher.  The way I expect the draft to play out I think this will be the most likley option available.  Buffalo has a well paid 3 tech.  They need a nose/1 tech.  Those are the type of players that drop due to limited pass rush potential.  I will also never be made at a pass rusher on the edge.  Kid from Marshall or BC.  I think there are multiple starters at DE in rd 2.

2. DB starter opposite Benford or premier safety. This is a spot if someone slides.  Starks or a top Db is there I take them

3.  Potential 1 Wr.  This imo is the longest shot and less likely.  Class is so so maybe Embuka or Golden.  I wont thumb my nose at a weapon for Allen.

My fear after watching the Eagles D-line dominate the Super Bowl is multiple other teams will now be trying to add D-line talent in round 1 and wipe the round 1/2 grades before we get to pick 30 and the players that end up sliding are o-line or TE.
I have a feeling this draft is going to be an odd one for the bills.

I think I agree with the overall consensus here and the overall fan favorite, Kenneth Grant.. He’s a complete DT prospect. He can stop the run and he can get in the backfield. He’s exactly what we need next to Ed Oliver..

If we are picking I hope we use it to move up for Grant. If we trade it for a proven pass rusher I'm not upset, either.

My fear is some DB or "high motor undersized EDGE"

I think at #30 in this edge class you’re more likely to get a lunch pail thumper who wins with power…there are a few of them often mocked end of round 1 or RD2 that I am not too keen on

@YoloinOhio

Has certainly watched Jack Sawyer for years.. and I don't think he's his favorite player .. I don't think I want him in the first round either

He was great in the playoffs but he was rather pedestrian for most of his buckeye career

That means Beane will likely draft him…😉

Tyleik Williams big run stuffer to free up Oliver to rush the passer.

My only gripe would be that maybe 1st round is high for him since he is basically a run stuffer with limited pass rush ability.  Maybe I am totally off on that evaluation.  He would not be the worst pick for sure, but feels like a reach to me. If it was a choice between him or an undersized edge, I would rather have him.

I want a big fat DT, ala Dexter Lawrence, but I doubt that exists at that point in the draft. Realistically I want a DB in the first and a WR in the second, or switched. We have to figure out how to get our own Dexter Lawrence.

To many circumstances to have any idea where Beane will go at this point.

We need veteran help and youth all over the defense especially on the line and in the secondary.  Same can be said for WR as well.

If we don't trade away the pick, DT, Edge, WR and CB should all be on the table.

WR - Egubka would be my top choice at 30 if he falls to us despite our other needs.  I like Golden as well.  Bonds and Royals in the second round.  Kyle Williams later in the draft.

CB - I think we can wait here.  Hairston is the 2nd and Quincy Riley later.

DT - Any of Nolen, T Williams, Grant or Collins look good on paper early.  Pegues looks interesting later.

Edge - Stewart in the 1st.  I'm biased but sack master OLB Jalon Walker in the 1st would be a steal. I haven't research the depth at edge, but Princely Umanmielen is supposed to have a big motor and a talent for getting to the QB.
