GreggTX Posted Monday at 10:14 PM Posted Monday at 10:14 PM Realistically, who would you like to see us get in the first round? Do you want to trade up or back? My early favorites are Jack Sawyer and Kenneth Grant. 2 1 1 Quote
Buffalo716 Posted Monday at 10:18 PM Posted Monday at 10:18 PM (edited) @YoloinOhio Has certainly watched Jack Sawyer for years.. and I don't think he's his favorite player .. I don't think I want him in the first round either He was great in the playoffs but he was rather pedestrian for most of his buckeye career Edited Monday at 10:21 PM by Buffalo716 2 6 Quote
TheBeaneBandit Posted Monday at 10:19 PM Posted Monday at 10:19 PM Many latest drafts I'm seeing my favorite guys are gone before we pick. So I guess throw me in the trade-up crowd 🤣. DE,DT,WR.....Grant is also one of mine, he is one of few rare DT I move up for. 1 4 1 Quote
nosejob Posted Monday at 10:20 PM Posted Monday at 10:20 PM I don't think I could pass up Starks....but I don't expect to have a 1st rounder. 1 Quote

jkeerie Posted Monday at 10:49 PM Posted Monday at 10:49 PM If Grant is there, I go him at DT. However, if one of the top Corners or Safeties is there, I may go that route as well. 3 2 Quote
tigerthelion Posted Monday at 10:51 PM Posted Monday at 10:51 PM (edited) Grant, but I don't think he will still be there. He's a guy I would love the team to pick up if available. If not, one of the next highest rated defensive tackles would likely suffice. If Revel Jr is there, perhaps him. Edited Monday at 10:53 PM by tigerthelion 3 Quote

gonzo1105 Posted Monday at 11:04 PM Posted Monday at 11:04 PM Way too early without the combine byt I don’t think Kenneth Grant is realistic. Guys that big who can move like he does don’t last until 30 unless he has injury or character concerns. I think realistically I’d prefer Shavon Revel or AZ Thomas as CBs and maybe Derrick Harmon or Alfred Collins as DTs Defensive Ends: Donovan Ezeiruaku. Hard for the DEs because they’re kind of all over the place. I think CB your going to get better value at 30 if Harmon is gone 2 3 Quote

sven233 Posted Monday at 11:14 PM Posted Monday at 11:14 PM As many of you know, I am a huge draft guy and am already putting in the work for the first couple of rounds specifically. That said, I am not ready to put anyone out there yet because in the back of my mind, I truly believe they don't want to be using that first round pick. I'm going to wait it out a bit until at least FA to see if anything changes. Will also get the combine info at that time as well as some pro days to form my final evaluation. But I do think Beane will be disappointed to have to make a pick at 30. 1 Quote
Your Brown Eye Posted Monday at 11:21 PM Posted Monday at 11:21 PM I want the biggest, ugliest, sloppiest, nail-chewing, crocodile wrestling behemoth of an NT/DT there is in this draft 9 1 2 4 Quote
Alphadawg7 Posted Monday at 11:25 PM Posted Monday at 11:25 PM My preference is we trade this first round pick in a package that gets us back Garrett or Crosby. But if we still have the pick, I am guessing at 30 the BPA will likely be someone on the DL as the draft rolls around. Of course trades, FA, and the combine can affect a lot of things heading into the draft, but just looking at it now that is what I would guess. 3 1 2 Quote
