This the day after the Buffalo News reported the Bills have ranked in the top ten healthiest teams in the NFL six of the past eight years...

Seems like the issue isn't injuries but how the players drafted are developing their bodies from what I am reading.

Kinkaid.  CyBo.  Even Coleman.  There is room for improvement with how the young guys acclimate physically.

Too many wrist injuries. Guy was endorsing too much self-pleasure.  Glad he’s gone.

d***it, Keon!  Should have been practicing instead of doing that s*** before the home game against Miami!

Going totally off of memory here, but is that Snoop Dogg, Lodi Dodi?

….a true Jag-ov all trades from a strength and conditioning perspective.

God bless.

I asked a simple question and got an uniformed response/guess and argument. I should not be surprised. Thanks guys for reminding me why I hardly ever visit here after being one of the original members of this board and spending way too much time here.

Life is way too short to argue with people like you and FireChans (that name alone gives one insight into the person behind it).

No you got an informed response and then said "no there is something else." There isn't. Shula was a Dorsey hire. He was never staying once Dorsey was gone.

Any specifics?

I wonder why.

I also wonder why they fired Shula last year. Did anyone learn why that happened?  Just curious.

Shula was a guy that was here to help Dorsey and if he had the same mind set as him and putting Brady in his place their mind set would have been totally different so it's understandable . Just a thought .

This absolutely reeks of a “long-timer with no new ideas” sort of move.  Guy was probably running on auto-pilot, and McD is determined not to let anyone become complacent.  I have no problem with it.

People seem to have forgotten, Josh played with a bad wrist/hand for several games.  It should have been Hailee with the wrist injury, not Josh.

Got in enough years for a pension.

IDK how these more "under the radar" coaching positions are paid. Maybe it's not on the level of people all around them in that league...

The downside of working for a pro team, is that if he goes on his own, his Bills/NFL reputation will be a giant plus, but he has to start from zero since he was an employee al those years and likely has very few clients to begin. And he didn't need a facility like he had, let alone a modern one like the Bills'.

I had just read something that they were like one of the top teams with the fewest injuries for the 3rd straight year.

Did NOT see that coming.  Thought the Bills S&C were highly regarded.

The Bills were keeping some guys on the roster instead of IRing them, who wound up missing 4 or more games.  Wonder if that had something to do with it?

If they bring in someone better I have no problem with it.
